Skylon Tower
Begin your walking tour by meeting your expert guide at Skylon Tower. Along with the incredible views (and photo opportunities) you’ll be shown the Niagara Generating Stations supplying power to one-quarter of New York state along with the International Control Dam where water is diverted for use in the Station.
Illumination Tower
The Illumination Tower is located near the base of the Niagara River. Here, every evening at dusk, Niagara Falls is transformed into a multi-colored water and light masterpiece. Learn how the light show works as well as the famous figures who have walked this path before including British Royalty.

1.00We didn’t go on the walking tour because we had the wrong Starbucks meeting place. How were we to know that there was a different Starbucks inside the tower. We only discovered it the next day when we booked another tour of the Skylon. I had sent a message to the tour operator after five minutes (1:50 pm) and they failed to answer it. I tried a few more times and didn’t get a response. I think the failure to respond is critical! We were looking forward to the tour and were disappointed by the lack of response.

4.00Very nice tour, hosted by Deanna, or Lady Di as I choose to remember her by. She was very interested and dedicated. If she had been a fighter pilot she would be teaching at Top Gun! Great tour, to bad she left the group before we entered the old Power Station, would have been nice to have a guided tour from someone as dedicated as her.

5.00Can be technical, but our guide Deanna was so terrific in explaining and giving just the right amount of information. Was a real plus having an engineer for a guide! Bravo Deanna! A mix of information, stories (those attempts over the falls and conspiracy theories) and humor. Highly recommend this tour and you are blessed if Deanna comes your way!
