  Tour was good. Temperature was a balmy -31c (feels like -40c). So it was hard to stay outside the bus for more than a few minutes at a time. Lights weren't strong this evening so only saw color through our phone camera. Guide tried really hard to find good spots. Guide also had a great attitude and was very dedicated to everyone having a good experience.

  Unfortunately it was snowing and we did not get to see the tour, which is out of the hands of our guide - so this review is not about that. Although, after going on another tour with another company the following night, we realised this tour was very quiet, there was not much communication about the lights, where we were going, the maps and websites being used. In addition, the bus was uncomfortably hot with many of the guests needing to constantly remind the driver to turn off the heat.

  Very well organized. Good communication. Reasonable price. Recommended. Too bad we didn't see the lights, I guess we don't control mother nature.

  Wilson was an excellent guide! From the first stop we saw the Auroras!!.. guided us to the places and always arrived first than the other tours. All the time he had an incredible disposition .. to take pictures of each of us and also with our groups. We never felt in a hurry..we had time to look and take our own pictures..go to the bathroom and was always attentive to us all. Nothing to envy on more expensive tours. Plus it gave us a comforting hot chocolate almost ending the activity. Our driver was also very friendly and careful in his driving..the bus was comfortable and the heating was perfect to shelter us from the intense cold...in short 10 out of 10. Thanks Wilson! Guides like you make experiences like these unforgettable.

  The timing was bad and I could barely see it. The guide was trying to liven it up. The weather is the only thing we can do.

  I booked this tour two days in a row, but two buses with different tour company name picked us up. This felt like we are just grouped together by some agencies. The first day, the guide was good. Even though we didn't see aurora, the tour guide tried her best. The second day, we see the aurora. But I have to ask several times about our pictures. The tour guide took a bunch of photos of us that night, but no one asked about our emails or ways to send pictures. After I contacted them, they sent the pictures that were without us. I had to ask again for the photos of ourselves. And after a month of email back and forth, they got back to me saying the photos are deleted. This is very messed up management and I don't recommend this tour

  Great guide and really looking for the dancing souls but the bus is terrible. Well organized and take care if the pre-details (timing, updates…)

  Well organized Enterprise. Very attentive guide. However, the weather conditions prevented us from seeing the dawn. It is frustrating to go on a tour that has very low probability of viewing. They practically had no companies doing it, maybe because of the risk of frustrating customers. We know we depend on nature. I feel like I paid two days to just drive and in the second we barely got out of the car for the rain. When it is, it would be better to cancel. I'm giving 4 very due to the guide who worked hard but was also frustrated.

  Unforgettable experience! The dawn hunt with Yellowknife Vacations was simply extraordinary — a memory we’ll keep forever.
