3.00The tour was fine. Our guide seemed well equipped with the basic knowledge of what we were looking at. Much of the tour was silent driving and when the guide did speak, it was difficult to hear him in the backseat. We were given a handful of chances to take pictures which was nice. My issue with the situation was that I paid for a private tour. Upon arriving, I was asked if another guest could join our tour because his guide never showed up. I said yes out of politeness but I felt like I wasn’t given a choice. Either I’m rude and say no, or I say yes and paying for a private tour was a waste of money since it wasn’t private. If I had known this would happen, I would’ve saved myself some money and booked a non-private option or went with another company.

5.00Andy was an absolute hoot. Think NYC cab driver meet 20mph electric car tour guide. He mixed Punny Dad jokes with historical knowledge. We could have spent all day with him. If you are looking for a boring sight seeing tour, this isn’t it!!!! This was a belly laughing and fun tour. I implore you take the 2 hour tour. 1 hour with Andy isn’t enough. Lots of opportunities to take pictures. Due to the government shut down, we weren’t able to see the Liberty Bell up close and personal but Andy still stopped. This tour was the best end of our trip.
