  To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my experience with the Hop on Hop off boat cruise yesterday. Unfortunately, I was unable to participate in the activity due to incorrect information provided by Viator. Despite contacting Viator for guidance, I was instructed to proceed to the Jardin Des Plantes, which ultimately proved to be the incorrect location. As a handicapped individual with walking impairments who uses a cane, this ordeal was particularly challenging and resulted in significant pain. Following the instructions provided, my group and I walked approximately two miles only to discover that we were still in the wrong location. Local residents were unable to provide directions, and we were left without guidance. As tourists, we had invested considerable funds in this experience, only to be denied the opportunity to enjoy it. The lack of clear directions and address information exacerbated the issue. In light of this experience, I am requesting a full refund. According to the boat company, I have been assured that a refund will be processed.
