I saw that we were cutting it close due to a bus issue so we had to get a taxi. I immediately contacted the operator by text thru the website. No response! We arrived at the Eiffel Tower 5 minutes prior to tour, but I could not find the operator and the operator DID NOT RESPOND! I will NEVER AGAIN USE VIATOR FOR BOOKING A TOUR. We could not get a refund of $280 after spending over $800 on other Viator bookings.

Lovely and a great view of the city we also had the boat ride I really enjoyed the whole event, I would highly recommend to my friends.

Did not feel trip warranted price did not feel we got anything for the extra cost and would have been far cheaper just booking a summit visit direct on the official website . Disappointed no toilet facilities provided to customers at the office . Would not recommend spending Euro 150 overpriced!!

This was perfect! Salume was an absolutely amazing guide. Even just the short walk from the meeting place to the Eiffel Tower entrance she made sure we were having fun. I wish I could request her specifically for other tours.
