I can’t recommend this booking enough. Our guide was amazing. Don’t turn up and queue! This experience is definitely the best way to experience the Eiffel Tower, from access, to photo opportunities and a short history.

Not located at Eiffel Tower. Missed tour because we went to Eiffel Tower and did not read fine print to go to a travel agency. No rescheduling. No refund.

Very disappointed I booked this tour for my daughter’s 14th birthday. Approaching the time of the tour it was absolutely pouring rain with thunderstorms. I requested to reschedule and was denied. I understand sales are final but unsafe weather should be a consideration in allowing guests to reschedule, especially for the cost of the tour being $500 for 3 people.

This tour gets you to the entire tower and it’s great. Our guide just took us to the 2nd elevator and left us. It wouldn’t have been a big deal, but he didn’t really make that clear. He asked if we wanted more time on the second level for him to show us around, but we said no because we thought he was coming up with us. We would have spent more time on that level if we knew. It was our entire tour group that was confused. Better communication would have nice.
