As an avid traveler and shopper I can tell you this was well worth its while. They do everything as promised. Anna and the team were superb. You can drop your bags in a beautifully appointed room and keep shopping. The d e tax experience was fast and vip ( meaning no need to wait in the general line) and they got a cab back to my hotel. Two incredible gentlemen even escorted me to the taxi … I didn’t even carry a single back

I have taken this experience before (Covid) and I really enjoyed myself. I did this time also, everyone was very nice and helpful. The only item which could be improved is lunch. It used to be in the mainstore and was a nice enjoyable sit down. Now, you have to cross street (it was cold) and get a prepackaged sandwich and a drink, sitting at a bar. Not enjoyable. Also, I wasn’t able to leave my coat at the concierge. But, the limo home was great and I was escorted to the limo. And, the forms for tax refund was a breeze. Yes, I would do it again and hope too.
So much fun!

If you want to be treated like royalty, this is the experience. You go to the lounge, have a drink-champagne, coffee, soda, etc. Relax for a minute and go out to the magnificent Galeries Lafayette and shop to you drop. We explored the store, then went across the street to the Home Store. Just beautiful to walk around. Back to GL and to Angelinas for a delicious lunch. Little more shopping and back to the lounge. You get your tax refund info (bring passport) , so when you get to airport it’s easy. Then they bring a car and off to your hotel with all your goodies. Loved it.

Wonderful service and beautiful lounge! Upon approaching the Concierge, I was immediately greeted warmly and ushered into the sophisticated and quiet lounge. I was soon served tea and cookies. The terrific concierge then processed my tax refund paperwork. I stayed there for nearly an hour and would have stayed longer if I didn't have back to back appointments. Was also given a Galeries Lafayette bag which doesn't seem to fit the style of the store. Plain and empty! Would have been nice if it was filled with a few samples of anything!
