  On paper, great trip but somw aspects were very poor. Good: Boat and crew were generally good. The guide Nana was good. Lunch was ok. They have a photograper onboard who takes pictures amd they are sent to you by Whataspp after the trip. Hotel pixk up and drop off worked well although slight delay for the van to pick us up after the tour. Bad: Check in area toilets not great with no soap, so take some alcohol gel. They allowed smoking on the boat, which is really offputting for non smokers. Even crew were smoking amd everybody tossing used cigarette butts into the water!!! The trip was sold as inclusive of champagne but this was restricted to one glass of very nad sparkling wine at end of trip. So bit of false advertising. Need a few changes to be put in place before I can fully recommend this trip.

  Do not book this excursion!!! Awful experience for our last day in Thailand. Beautiful day but told “for weather” we couldn’t do any of the islands on the itinerary, and only picked this excursion for phi phi. Complete bait and switch! Did not see phi phi. Trapped us in a cove for over 3 hours where you couldn’t swim or snorkel due to so many jellyfish (many very dangerous). We asked to go back to the pier and were denied. We felt hostage for over 9 hours on this boat. Boat doesn’t look anything like picture. Dirty and run down. Staff takes up a good portion of the seating. Do not book this excursion. I am fighting with Viator now to get a full refund as only 1/2 was offered. Some staff were nice and helpful but learned this is not the first time they’ve claimed we couldn’t go to phi phi.

  The boat ride to Phi Phi was a bit long at first, but once we arrived, everything was smooth and fun. Staff gave us time to enjoy each stop. Visibility for snorkeling at Phi Phi wasn’t great due to recent rain, but Maiton Island was perfect — clear water and the kids loved it!

  We really appreciated Nick, the onboard photographer, for taking such good care of us. He was so helpful and even coached us on how to pose to get the best shots — the photos came out amazing! Also a big thank you to our guide Meena, who was kind and attentive throughout the trip. The only thing is that the travel time was a bit long, so we felt quite tired on the way back.

  Peaceful trip after the Chinese holiday rush We really enjoyed this tour — the boat wasn’t crowded at all, with only a small group onboard. It felt calm and relaxing the whole day. Maybe it’s because we went after Chinese National Day, so there weren’t many Chinese tourists like during the Golden Week. On October 5th, we did another tour to Racha Island, and the boat was packed, mostly with Chinese groups. This time was totally different — much quieter, and honestly, way more enjoyable. Glad we chose this date!

  As a vegan, I was initially quite concerned about the food options on the tour. However, after discussing my dietary needs with the staff, they were incredibly accommodating and made sure I had delicious and suitable meals throughout the day. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail really stood out and made me feel well cared for.

  This was by far the highlight of our trip to Thailand! The yacht was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The crew went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having fun and felt safe. Snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, sliding into the sea from the yacht, and relaxing on deck with stunning views made it a perfect day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket!

  A Beautiful Day at Phi Phi – Even Without Maya Bay I've visited Phi Phi Island a few times now, and honestly, it never gets old. The beaches, the water, the whole vibe — it's always stunning. This time, Maya Bay was closed, which was a little disappointing because it's such an iconic spot. But to my surprise, Monkey Beach was absolutely lovely. I'd never been before, and it turned out to be one of the highlights. It was peaceful, the water was crystal clear, and the monkeys were fun to watch (from a distance!). I was traveling alone, but I didn't feel alone at all. The photographer on the boat was excellent — super friendly and took beautiful shots throughout the day. It meant I could just relax and enjoy the experience without worrying about taking selfies or asking strangers. Loved it!

  Fun boat day! The translator was super nice and kept us informed all day. Nice boat and the food was good! Recommend bringing your own drinks if you want anything else than water and soda, but there was plenty of food and water onboard.
