  Incredible journey through the caves! The guides at Sovaba travel are very kind compassionate and hardworking people! I arrived very early in the morning and Thu Ha helped me find a jacket at a local shop that was open to keep me warm on the journey, Nhi was a very kind person and showed me where I could find a cup of coffee. My guide for the trip Tra was so charismatic and very excited to show us the caves at phong nha, she really made the trip special and a major highlight of my incredible month long trip in Vietnam. Can not stress enough to book your cave experience with Sovaba travel!

  There was a lot of unnecessary travel and wait time which made an already long day longer. The ride back was particularly uncomfortable being squashed into small seats at the very back of a van. It was incredibly bumpy, squashed and uncomfortable with the AC not being turned on properly. We had to wait around at the Paradise Cave, then again at lunch and then on the way back had to wait in a local tour guide office with two tired kids. If I had to do it again would definitely book a private tour. The guide was ok but nothing special.

  I was really impressed by how well the trip was organized - we had plenty of time at each cave without ever feeling rushed. Jessica’s storytelling made the rock formations feel alive and added so much depth to the experience. Thanks to her tips, I also found the best photo spots and got to try the grilled chicken, which had a unique salty flavor that I genuinely enjoyed.

  I can’t express enough how amazing the natural beauty of the stunning caves (Phong Nha Cave and Paradise Cave) was. However, I would especially like to share my appreciation for the staff of Sovaba Travel, who made the experience even more incredible. Everyone was kind, polite, professional, and friendly. From the support team who contacted me and arranged everything before the trip, to the driver and tour leader during the tour, and even after the tour ended, the support staff continued helping me organize another tour with a different company.   This here is a very long trip from Hue but it is worth. The driver is one of the best we ever had and the tour guide was very good. The negative with this trip is that you use a lot of time to pick up guest in Dong Hai specially for us that have a long trip back to Hue. We started 0430 and arrive on time for the trip, but then we use over 1 hours to pick up other guest in the city. It was the when we going back to Hue. They should have a extra car toi pick up/Drop off guest in the city. Instead to be back in Hue 1900 as they told us it was 2030. so to long trip

  Fantastic tour. A long ride in the van, but well worthwhile. Photos do not do justice to the immensity of this cave. Our guide, Dra (Jessica), was as charming as she was informative and entertaining. She made a special effort to have a private conversation with each participant answering any and all questions which gave the tour a very personal feel. She added quite a lot to the experience. Do not miss this tour. It’s a once in a lifetime experience.

  I didn't know what to expect, but I was completely blown away. I had heard about Phong Nha cave and Paradise cave in the news. When I arrived here, I was truly overwhelmed. The scale and beauty of the caves were truly amazing. My trip was made more complete with the company of Sovaba travel with a local guide who spoke very good English. All the information she said was extremely useful.

  Super tour from Hue to the Phong Nha & Paradise Caves! The organizer's (Thu ha) was so friendly and made the day unforgettable. The caves were truly impressive, especially the Paradise Cave, which definitely lives up to its name. The lunch was also tasty. I can highly recommend this tour!

  Very well organised tour. I booked at 10pm for pick up at 4am the following morning. They had no trouble organising that. Communicate with me constantly via WhatsApp which was very reassuring. The caves were stunning, it’s well worth a visit. The guides were very friendly, informative and made us all laugh.

  Lunch was surprisingly good! We stopped at a lovely local restaurant. The food was delicious and a great way to recharge for the rest of the day. And the caves? They were majestic. I was really impressed by the majestic beauty of Paradise cave, it was like a hidden palace deep underground. What a surprise.
