One of the most noteworthy instances is the bioluminescent plankton present in the bay’s waters. These tiny organisms emit a bright blue-green light when disturbed, producing a captivating appearance in the water. The phenomenon is caused by chemical reactions within the plankton, which produce light as a by-product.

5.0Amazing! The crowds were few, and the journey felt intimate. Teddy, our guide, spoke with clarity and warmth, painting a vivid picture of the adventure ahead. This was one of the finest tours on Viator—where we wandered through echoing caves, watched monkeys dance in the trees, and marveled at the ethereal glow of bioluminescence beneath the night sky.
This was by far the best tour that I have booked in any country!

5.0If you only book one tour please make sure it’s is this one! From the driver who picked us up and dropped us off to the pre tour refreshments, snacks, unlimited drinks and lunch, everything was perfect. Everything was well planned and organised and our Guide, Wawa, and team were knowledgeable and so extremely helpful. The tour itself was in no way like other tours, sea canoeing amongst limestone cliffs, the village on stilts with its adorable children, James Bond Island and of course the bioluminescence were once in a lifetime experiences. It was wonderful how the crew actually found the bioluminescence instead of just saying that there wasn’t any at a regular spot as many other tours would do. The tour group was small which made for a leisurely, enjoyable day without the usual rushing. We would not hesitate to do this tour again and again!

5.0Genuinely the best trip around the Phuket area. It visits every single site you want to see which is something many other tours don’t do. Tour guides were very friendly and I would 100% recommend to anyone who wants to see all these sites.
Great tour, but missed a few pieces of info.

4.0Tour was great and so was our guide. However, the pickup ended up being an hour earlier than we were expecting and there was no advance notice. So we rushed out the door. Also, dinner was at a Muslim floating island and we were not dressed appropriately, we did not have advanced notice of that either to ensure we had the appropriate dress way so as not to be disrespectful. Otherwise it was very, very good. The bioluminescence was amazing
