Meet the makers, explore the craft from still to glass, and savour expressions that capture the unique character of the island’s botanicals, climate, and pristine water sources.
We'll stop at one of our favourite local venues where you can relax and choose a meal that suits your taste and appetite. Menus typically range from $30 to $60, offering a delicious variety of options such as artfully crafted share plates, wood-fired pizzas fresh from the oven, and the finest locally sourced seafood and meats.

5.00This experience far exceeded our expectations. Tim was so knowledgeable his in-depth knowledge of the Tasmanian Whisky and Gin industry is second to none. The choice of venues was varied and well balanced including the welcoming coffee venue first up.

5.00Turned out to be a combined whisky & gin tour. Bonus. Pete fro Drink Tassie was great. Lark was the more disappointing stop. Only one taste. The others had atleast 4 each. The ploughman's lunch at Old Kempton was outstanding. The fun two distilleries were Derwent & Battery Hlll. These guys were like little boys experimenting and having fun & creating gteat drinks.
