  1sr the good. Joey was knowledgeable local guide who took us to famous locations related to the Beatles. But there were many issues related to the transportation. Joey picked us up in an old dirty taxi with inoperable windows and no AC. To keep us from sweating to death, we drove around town with both doors open. This cooled down the interior but was not ideal, and was noisy. We could not hear Joey’s commentary. He was both driver and guide and there was a plastic divider separating us. He provided no water which is expected based on past tours. And most irritating we had a 2nd group following us around and he would repeat whatever he told us when they caught up at each stop. We enjoyed Liverpool and laughed about the tour accommodations, but iit was not up to our expectations for a private Viator tour

  Our driver Neil was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend it.

  Unbelievable experience and to hear all the stories, visit all the places which are so tied into the fabric of the Beatles. Knowledge of the driver/guide was excellent well worth the extra expense.

  Excellent tour, even more enjoyable than expected! Neil, the tour guide, is is very knowledgeable and nice. We learned a lot about the Beatles and the city of Liverpool.
