The boat is luxurious and fast, 502mag 436 horse power engine, $3,000 stereo system and an open bow. You pass beautiful Pope Beach, Baldwin Beach and historic Camp Richardson. Along the way, there are perfect photo opportunities, and swimming spots. We continue cruising to the famous Emerald Bay, the most photographed place on the lake. Natural beauty abounds and you’ll see the only island on Lake Tahoe, Fannette Island and cruise to the end of Emerald Bay where you will see the famous Vikingsholm Mansion. There’s time to swim, or play/picnic on the beach - the time is yours to enjoy Lake Tahoe on your own, private luxury boat. Pricing includes driver, gas, safety gear, beach toys - bring anything you like on board and enjoy the day!

Emerald Bay State Park
We will leave the Tahoe Keys Marina heading west toward Camp Richardson and the Tallac historic site view history dating to 1890. From there we will travel past Kiva, Baldwin beach before heading into Emerald Bay one of the most photographed spots in the country. Seeing the Vikingsholm Mansion is impressive and we will stop if we can. From there we will travel north up the west shore to D.L. Bliss state park and Rubicon Bay with some of the most beautiful waters in Lake Tahoe.

5.00I highly recommend this company. They kept me updated with all the details, before the excursions. Jared was our boat captain. He was so friendly, and made sure we were all comfortable. He took us to great spots on the lake, and shared the history with us. This company has wonderful customer service.

5.00Bryan the tour operator was fantastic and very knowledgeable of Lake Tahoe. Prior to the tour he sent us very detailed instructions on the meeting point which we needed being that it was our first time to Lake Tahoe. He told us plenty of interesting information and stories regarding the lake. I highly recommend Bryan.

5.00Captain Jared was awesome!! We had 7 people on a 2 hour evening tour. Everything was perfect. Super relaxing. Jared was Mr. Hospitality and was very knowledgeable about landmarks and history. Highly recommend this tour.

5.00Our family of 6 had a fantastic time with captain Jared leading us on a great tour of Emerald Bay. We were running late for a meeting time because of traffic but owner Bryan was so accommodating and made sure we had our full 2hr trip. Lots of fun and definitely will book again !

5.00Bryan was an awesome host and very accommodating and easy to work with. The places we went to were beautiful and the views were amazing. We had a chance to swim and Bryan took us to the perfect spot and provided some floats for us for the water. Would definitely recommend doing a private boat tour with him.

5.00We had an awesome boat ride on Lake Tahoe with Captain Jared! He took us around the lake, sharing history and fun facts. We got to swim and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Jared made the trip super fun and memorable. Highly recommend!

5.00We really enjoyed our 2 hour cruise in Lake Tahoe. Jared was our captain for the day and he was was very knowledgeable about the boat and how to navigate through the choppiness of the lake. Jared provided historical information about Emerald Bay and the wildlife in the area and he even provided us with binoculars for the ride. We really appreciated it! The lake was absolutely beautiful and we did not want our boat ride to end! We had a fantastic time! Thank you!

5.00The two hour trip for eight was perfect for our family ranging in ages of 6 to 70! Jared was a great captain who shared with us the history and wildlife of Emerald Bay. I highly recommend this trip on the White Lightning!
