The current railway bridge was inaugurated on 24 June 1992. It is written by a Portuguese Engineer - Edgar Cardoso. The next tower was built by the same Engineer at the height of the bridge to study the progress of the work.

5.00Worth it. Lovely boat and couple manning it. Sparkling wine, vinho verde, port, juice, and water along with an amazing charcuterie platter. Great narration along the way and able to answer lots of questions.

5.00Susana and Sergio were perfect hosts! They were very knowledgeable and informative and navigated the Duoro beautifully. The snacks and wine were a perfect touch. Would definitely recommend!

5.00What an amazing experience! Picking a river cruise can feel daunting, but Susanna and Serge made it easy — they’re friendly, full of local insight, and clearly love what they do. Seeing the city from the river gives you a whole new appreciation for it. I’d highly recommend this to anyone!

5.00Good wine, good food and good company! We had rainy weather that day but we still made the most of our time on the boat. Susana and Sergio offered to refund us because of the weather but we decided to go ahead with our trip and we’re so happy we did. They really took care of us. You can tell they care about their guests and the experiences they have.

5.00Our private tour was fabulous. Very relaxing and informative. Our hosts were so gracious that you felt like friends rather than strangers. It was truly the best of our tours. Very easy to get to. Tapas had a great selection along with the wine. We are so happy we selected this intimate option rather than any of the others. Highly recommend. The 5 ladies from the States.

5.00We booked the six bridges sunset tour with tapas and port and it was an absolute delight. Our tour guides, Susana and Sérgio, were excellent hosts making us feel right at home. Their boat was immaculately clean and comfortable. The tapas selection was delicious with a glass of port to cap off the evening - perfection! We would highly recommend their tours to everyone!
