  Igor was our fabulous guide in Rio! His communication was outstanding from the very beginning. He reached out several days before our tour to learn about our interests and thoughtfully created a personalized plan for the day. Our cruise ship ended up arriving three hours late, but Igor was patiently waiting for us when we were finally able to disembark — which immediately put us at ease. We arrived in Rio on the Saturday of Carnival, and Igor did an excellent job explaining what was happening throughout the city and what we would be seeing. Despite the festive chaos, he navigated the streets effortlessly, pointing out landmarks and sharing fascinating insights along the way. A special shoutout to Johnnie, our driver — I truly don’t know how he managed the traffic! Between the cars, motorbikes, and pedestrians, it was incredibly busy, yet he handled it with impressive skill and professionalism. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rio. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish!

  Amazing tour of Rio city. Our guide - Fernando spoke very good English, was very experienced, and took us to the right spots in the city. Highlight of our tour was a visit to a Street Carnival party and immersing in the dancing, thanks to Fernando. Highly recommend this tour

  It was a fantastic experience. Patricia helped us get our day scheduled. She helped us to get our skip the line tickets to Christ the Redeemer and Sugar loaf at the appropriate times we needed. Our guide Jessica was simply amazing. She added an extra entertainment to our trip. Very knowledgeable and informative. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. We loved her. Best ever. Wish she could follow us to all of our ports.

  Flavia contacted me a week in advance on what’s app to start planning our day We were getting off a cruise ship and wanted to see the sites and have a late lunch before our 11 pm flight . Plan was set and then the cruise tour covered a few items .. Flavia adjusted the program . I wanted to experience Carnival in the street , so we got out of the car and joined a group and did some dancing . It was a great day

  A very convenient way to see the popular sites in Rio. Carlos is your amazing and friendly local guide and driver who will take you anywhere you want, and is happy to point out points of interest along the way. Because it is customizable, it can be as busy or as chill as you want. It is also a good use of time if you have a late flight and if you have a mid-day checkout as you can see the sights and then be dropped right at the airport.

  Absolutely phenomenal Rio experience — could not have been better This private full-day Rio tour was hands down one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide, Isaac, was exceptional — knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate about Rio. He tailored the day perfectly to our interests, shared fascinating local history and insider stories, and made every stop feel meaningful rather than rushed. Our driver, Rômullo, was equally outstanding. He was professional, smooth, and made navigating Rio effortless and comfortable the entire day. Having both an expert guide and a great driver truly elevated the experience. From iconic landmarks to hidden gems, everything was seamless, flexible, and incredibly well organized.   We have been to Rio de Janiero twice before so I contacted this company and asked if they could put together an itinerary that went to places in Rio that we have not visited before. Beth met us at our ship and we headed out to the Tijuca Forest. It was a nice escape from the hot city. We then saw the beaches from a lookout above before proceeding to the Liblon beach. We had lunch and saw the sights in Santa Teresa before visiting the Selaron steps. Beth was very nice and flexible with our requests. It was a good day.

  This private tour in Rio was the way to go! When I was initially doing research, I wasn’t sure whether to pick a group tour or private tour, but this was hands down the best and I’m so happy I decided to take a private tour! Although you have to purchase the tickets yourself, they will help you decide what tickets to purchase and what times are best. Communication was excellent and Fernando was an incredible guide! We skipped the lines in many places because of how well connected Fernando was and ended up saving so much time. Skip the group tours and choose this instead! Highly recommend!!
