Our group really enjoyed Christ the Redeemer. We went early- made the 8am train so we actually didn't have to skip the line because there wasn't a line yet. When we were on our way down though there were definitely a lot more people and the skip the line would have been very useful. As all of the sites say- please plan to get here early to beat the heat and crowds.

Which serves for high season, we were the first to get on the first train. But when we got upstairs people were coming down from the Christ. And worse there were many people in Christ..

We didn't really believe beforehand that we were going to be let in. But it worked quite wonderfully. We got our bracelets and were led aside. There were already many visitors waiting in a long line. The next free train was ours and we were the first to board. We were very satisfied as we saved a lot of time.

Nice structure. Consider getting the fast pass tux to save on time. Also consider doing a hike up the mountain if you're fit to do it.

Very pleasant experience in the Corcovado funicular. Without reservation, we took our tickets on site very easily and without waiting a long time: ten minutes max. The organization is perfect to channel visitors and speed up boarding. I recommend the professional photographer who offers 4 beautiful individual or group photos for 120 rials, or 20 euros.

It was worth it, was able to skip the long lines. We got lucky and it wasnt too too crowded. Can get a little foggy up there but it does pass.
