Tour of Skopje from Tirana is based on the unique values and authenticity of the Capital of the Republic of North Macedonia. Skopje is now the largest Economical, Political, and Cultural Centre of the country. With a fascinating history dating back since early Antiquity, the city has been the center of many Ancients and Medieval Kingdoms. Known as “The Memorial City of Statues”, it resembles a huge memorial of the history and centuries. The Iconic Vardar River with its bridges, divide and the same connect the 2 faces of the city. On one side, you will discover the Contemporary Skopje, mainly build after the devastating earthquake of 1963.
The other side is the mysterious, oriental, and charming part of the city. It is where under the walls of the Castle you may find the old roots of locals, blended with the mix of Slavic orthodoxy and Orient, noticeable in every Mosque, Minaret, or Hamman of the city.

5.00Scenic long drive Endri was a great driver A few stops to stretch your legs Skopje is best described as a city with oversized statues! You will see for yourselves A long day but worth it You could also do a day trip to Kosovo from Tirana which is also great

5.00My husband and I were the only people on the tour. We were picked up by car from our hotel and driven through the stunning mountainous scenery in Northern Albania to Skopje. Daniel was an excellent tour guide and a very competent driver. He was friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. After an interesting walking tour discovering the sights and history of Skopje, we had a lovely lunch in the Old Bazaar area of the city with good recommendations from Daniel.

5.00Excellent tour guides, Daniel and Redi. Extremely knowledgeable. Took us out of their way to a bookshop we wanted to see. Delicious lunch with good recommendations. A great drive back with plenty of singing.
