1.00I had a bad experience with Signature Tours during my vacation 2 weeks ago in Buenos Aires. One of the reasons I came to Argentina from Canada was to see the Iguazu Falls. I booked in advance - and paid for - a private, full-day trip to the falls (including airfare) for 2 people with Signature, via the GetYourGuide platform. About 36 hours prior to departure for this trip, I was informed that the trip could not go ahead because there were no available seats on the airplane. I was asked if I could go on another day, and suggested the next day (my last full day in Argentina) but was told they had no availability on that day either. Signature told me they were "sorry for the inconvenience" and asked if I wanted a refund! Did they expect me to say no, when they cancelled my booking at the last minute? I managed to get a full-day, private tour (including the flight) with another company through the Viator platform. It was excellent. If booking this trip through the Tripadvisor platform, be careful about using the Signature Tours provider.

5.00Gotta give those tour 5 stars the attention to detail from picking me up from my Airbnb dropping me off at the airport and doing the same after the tour was phenomenal these guys definitely know what they are doing. I got done early and was lucky enough to be able to catch an earlier flight. The tour was amazing definitely lived up to the hype I recommend doing the boat as well, just be in good shape so you can see all of the different locations of the falls don’t try to take a million pics and videos at a all stops. Overall I highly recommend this tour definitely top of my bucket lists.

4.00I recommend booking just the tour package, and booking your own flights to and from the Iguazu airport. The private guide was very knowledgeable and deftly steered us through large crowds to catch the highlights of the park with time to spare for some lunch.

5.00The Iguazu Falls are a breathtaking sight and the tour is wonderful, but be prepared for a very long day (more than 24 hours!) when taking the trip from Buenos Aires!

5.00This tour was excellent…the best way to see the Falls if you are in Buenos Aires and you only have one day. Our guide, Carlos was great as were our drivers in Iguazu and Buenos Aires. We saw everything on the Argentina side. Highly recommended!!!

5.00I loved this excursion. Everything was planned perfectly. Victoria took care of all the booking details, Joe was prompt and communicative about hotel and airport pickup, and Rodolfo was my guide in Iguazú. Best guide I’ve ever had!! Rodolfo was prompt, very friendly but professional, answered all my questions, took pictures for me, and overall made the tour a wonderful experience. I’d recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Iguazu Falls!
