  Our tour guide Bill took us around St. George’s fortifications and other points of interest. He is very knowledgeable and full of historical information. We learned a lot from him and we highly recommend this tour. Thank you Bill

  Bill took us on a 5-star fort tour around the St. George area in Bermuda. We visited many forts during our previous trips to Bermuda. We were pleased that Bill took us to forts that we had never been to before. Bill is very knowledgeable in Bermuda history and shared interesting stories as we visited the forts. It was a very enjoyable experience. It was very easy to book the tour with the Bermuda Heritage Tour. Robin and Bill were very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend the service provided by them.

  Bill was a wonderful guide for the fortress tour which was a Christmas gift for my veteran father. Would recommend for anyone looking for a historic perspective on the island.

  Absolutely wonderful!! I had some scheduling difficulties that Robin was very accommodating about. Then our ferry got canceled and I was in panic mode about times & being picked up. Again, very accommodating and easy. Bill was an amazing guide; very knowledgeable, fun, personable and willing to change up the itinerary. We will book again for sure!

  I am so glad we did this tour. Online, articles about St. George make it seem like all of these forts are easily accessible by walking. Given the ground we covered and the number of fortifications we saw, I know we could not have done this on foot. Plus, we had the excellent commentary and information of our guide Bill to not only provide historical context, but also to help us see how everything related to each other geographically--which makes it easier to understand the different forts and different needs. We also made it to the unfinished church and the main square in St. George. Considering the cruise ships in port that day, we saw how overcrowded the ferries were and as such we were relieved not to be in such big groups. We had time to look at the exhibits and keeps at our own speed. Also, by driving to/from Hamilton to St. George with Bill, we really got to see some of the quieter parts of Bermuda. Again, what a pleasure to not be in a crowd. Then, to top it all off, just as we were departing, Robin had sent along a little memento for us of our day around the northern end of Bermuda--a lovely and thoughtful way to put a fina stamp on a great afternoon.

  Our tour with Bill last week was terrific! He was very flexible with our pickup/drop-off needs and our slight mobility challenges, knowledgeable of Bermuda's history, and just a very kind gentleman. It was like spending time with an old friend. Bill also pointed out some public beaches that were tucked away from busy touristy spots, and we are hoping to visit them again some day! Thanks, Bill and Robin for a wonderful Bermuda experience!
