1.00I had booked this service & paid for the service. The person who would drive is around Singapore called & informed me that this is for point to point transfer. Nowhere was it mentioned that this service was for point to point. He told me that the service would be charged by the hour. I had booked this service for the 16th birthday of my twin sons. I got in touch with the customer service of Viator who told me to pay per hour or cancel the service. The amount was refunded. But my birthday plans went for a toss because of Viator. Would not recommend this to anyone reading this.
