She worked hard to meet our wishes and needs. We wanted to do a whiskey tasting and she made that happen. Also picked a great place for lunch with a fabulous view

Best Mt. Fuji Tour from Hakone!

Our goal was to visit Hakone for a relaxing Hot-Spring soak and visit Mount Fuji as part of our honeymoon. Imagine our surprise when we found out how difficult it is to find a tour provider that actually starts in Hakone instead of Tokyo! We consulted a number of sources but all of them were either rigid in their start/stop locations or did not offer any customizability. To top it all off, we went to Hakone during the middle of typhoon ShanShan so we had no hopes of getting a good view. However, Sunny went above and beyond our expectations! He provided us the best customized tour of Mount Fuji starting from Hakone with multiple stops along the way until we found the best view. Once the storm came in and blocked the mountain view, he also had multiple recommendations of other activities we could do to ensure our trip was worth it including a gorgeous waterfall and an amusement park Haunted Hospital that were both amazing! To top it all off, because the shinkansen stopped running due to the typhoon, Sunny helped provide us a ride to Nagoya so we could continue on our trip to Osaka to minimize all delays. Throughout all this he was accommodating with his impeccable English as well as easy going demeanor. We would highly recommend his tour to anyone who wants to visit Mt. Fuji and wants a local's perspective on the best spots to go for viewing the mountain as well as a little something extra to make the trip memorable.
