1.00HORRIBLE!! DO NOT book with Nexus at all. Especially this booking option! Initally we were not able to enter our arrival time. Then we got an email asking us to enter which we did. No one showed at the airport to pick us up. Then on departure they came at the wrong time and said I could not be refunded because that was the time on their system for pickup. Mind you they took my money and never even sent confirmation of the times for pickups when ai booked. HORRIBLE just horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. You've been warned. I saw the other bad reviews but refused to heed their advise hoping it was maybe a mixup on using the app.
