5.00Very good experience. Our guide Moataz was very polite and friendly. We felt very comfortable with him (rare in Egypt). The motorboat ride to the Nubian village was main highlight of our trip. Also, thanks to Aladdin for coordinating this trip.

5.00This was one of our first tours and we left very happy with our experience! Ahmed was our tour guide and he was awesome! We got picked up at our hotel on time, we rode a motorboat to the Nubian Village, got to experience local life there while learning from Ahmed about Nubian culture. We had time to explore the village ourselves, we never felt rushed and Ahmed was very flexible with us! We even ran into him at the Aswan Market after haha great guide and great tour!

5.00The fulcka was an amazing experience it’s a must in Egypt on the Nile and a must is a tour guide we had a exceptional tour guide MOATAZ Nubian tour guide was exceptional in English good history we would highly recommend him and his knowledge is exceptional on many Egyptian history making the trip worthwhile. I highly recommend the tour and the tour guide Moataz . We enjoyed the dance and song with his team very friendly.

5.00Our guide Omar took us on a great tour of the Nubian village with a motorboat, and we enjoyed the sunset in a falluca that we could drive. Omar was amazing and he gave us answers to every one of our questions. We would repeat very safely with Omar, a pity that he cannot come with us to Cairo.

5.00We booked a tour to Philae Temple in Aswan with this company after having a wonderful experience with them on our previous trip to Dendera Temple. We chose them again—and we were not disappointed. Everything was perfect. I honestly wish I had booked all my tours with this company, but unfortunately I had already reserved other tours elsewhere, which turned out to be more expensive, often late, and nothing like what was promised. Aladdin and his team are simply the best! They work with excellent drivers who have modern, clean cars—something surprisingly hard to find in Egypt. For our visit to Philae Temple, we booked a private tour with a driver and guide through Aladdin and his team. The price was very good, the driver was excellent, and the car was comfortable and spotless. Our guide, Omar, was incredibly kind and took us all around the island, explaining the historical background and even asking us questions like we were back in school—it was fun and engaging! He answered all of our questions, and after a very complete 45-minute guided tour in English, he gave us free time to explore the island on our own and take pictures. The service included a private car and driver, a private guide, and the motorboat to take us to the island. We only had to purchase the entrance tickets. It is absolutely worth booking everything through this agency because it saves you from dealing with the boat operators who often try to charge tourists excessive prices. We didn’t have to worry about any of that—Omar handled all the communication, and everything was already arranged when we arrived. We even had a private boat just for us and our guide. We also had a small misunderstanding with the ticket booth agent, and Omar immediately helped and intervened on our behalf. Another important point: punctuality in Egypt can sometimes be an issue, but Aladdin and his team stand out for being perfectly on time, which tourists truly appreciate. They picked us up at exactly 1:00 PM as agreed, and everything went smoothly. Finally, for a very small additional fee, they dropped us off at the airport after the tour. It was extremely convenient because we were able to leave our luggage safely in the car during the visit and didn’t need to return to the hotel, avoiding the risk of being late for our flight to Cairo. I absolutely loved the experience. Philae Island is a must-see, and the services provided by this agency are unbeatable. Thank you for everything!

5.00Mostapha met us and greeted us. He is very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. We had a lovely feluca ride with many laughs. A leisurely walk around the beautiful island and a stop at a lovely cafe overlooking the harbour. Lovely, relaxing trip and I would highly recommend. The price was very reasonable but did not impact the trip. Mostapha was lovely.
