  Absolutely delightful! Our driver Hany & guide Michael were amazing, friendly and very accommodating. They made us super comfortable right from the start and the road trip was fun with them. 10/10 for wonderful experience and hospitality!

  The charter bus journey from Aswan to Abu Simbe was satisfactory, communication was smooth before the trip, the driver arrived at the hotel early to wait for us, the car was in good condition, the journey was smooth, the stopover visit was memorable, we tried booking through the website for the first time in Egypt, the decision proved correct, the whole process was satisfactory.

  We traveled from Aswan to Abu Simbel by car and everything was perfect. Mina picked us up on time and the car was in excellent condition, very comfortable for the journey. When we arrived, a Spanish-speaking guide was waiting for us; he spoke very well and explained everything in great detail. We left Aswan at 8:00 AM, which turned out to be the ideal time — there were very few people at Abu Simbel, so we could enjoy the visit peacefully. A totally recommended experience.

  Hany was a fantastic driver and tour guide. We had a great daytrip to Abu Simbel with him. He arrived promptly and had a lot of snacks ready for our daytrip. We stopped for a coffee in the dessert halfway through. Throughout our drive Hany was very kind and shared a lot of his knowledge of the history and culture of Egypt with us. He also drove very safely. Hany recommended a great fish restaurant in Abu Simber for lunch before we headed back to Aswan. We opted for the luxury option with entry fees and egyptoligist included in the price. However, in hindsight this was not necessary. Hany (the egyptiologist not the driver) was friendly but did not seem very knowledgeable at all unfortunately. We did not learn anything that we did not already know and when we asked him questions he was not able to answer them (might have also been a language barrier). Overall a long but great daytrip with Hany! And Abu Simbel is a beautiful place to enjoy.

  

• A temple to visit!

  We traveled to Abu Simbel with the guide Mina. He explained the whole history of the temple to us, but also answered all our questions on the way. He also booked us a table at a restaurant in the city. The temple is a miracle, it cannot be described in words

  What an amazing tour. I resided in nubian village where road is not that great. The tour was extremely well coordinated with Hotel owner and there was no time lag. I traveled with my parents and wife and the tour was very good.

  Our trip to Abu Simbel was amazing from start to finish. We left at 8 a.m., and by then a lot of the tourist buses were already on their way back, which actually worked out perfectly for us. We arrived around 11, and between 12–1 p.m. (when most groups seem to be at lunch), the temples were surprisingly quiet. It made the whole visit feel much more relaxed and special. A big part of why the day went so smoothly was our driver, Hany. He showed up at the meeting point well before the agreed time, and communication the day before via WhatsApp was super easy. He shared stories and interesting info along the way, which made the long drive feel shorter. He also brought snacks for the road, and we stopped about halfway for a quick coffee break. His driving was safe and comfortable the whole time. We’d definitely recommend this tour — and especially Hany as a driver!

  Very smooth trip. I was contacted early in the morning via whatsapp to confirm arrangements. Driver Saeed was on time and car modern and clean, and he even provided some snacks. Met guide Hany/Hani at Abu Simbel and he was great! Perfect mix of history/facts and free time. Wasn't hassled for tips at all.

  We booked an excursion from Aswan to Abu Simbel. Our driver was Hany Amir, an excellent professional, friendly and with love for what he is doing. The communication was easy, we had a wonderful talk about Egyptian culture, politics and history during the roadtrip that gave us a whole new perspective. We felt very safe during the whole journey. The car was comfortable and clean. Before coming back we stoped to a traditional restaurant where we had traditional dishes. Personally I lost my sunglasses this day in the car and Hany brought them to me the next day. I have no words for this man and thank him a lot. I recommend this excursion to every visitor of Aswan.

  Moataz was a great guide. Picked us from our boat with his driver (best car we had all week). Drove us the 3 hours from Aswan to the temple. We stopped half way for a break and to stretch the legs. Espresso could be purchased for about 100 LE. Once on site we sat in the shade with him and he talked us through the history of the temples and what to expect inside, usually the guides are not allowed in with us. Then gave us time to look around take picture and visit the gift shop followed by a drink in the cafe. Would use him again for sure. Big tip. If you go really early you will arrive with all the coaches and queue for the temples. Arrange a pickup about 8 and you arrive when the coaches are leaving giving you great access with less people around.
