The Langkawi Southern Island Tour is a popular destination for local and domestic tourists, especially during holidays. It takes explorers to the south of Langkawi, exploring beautiful seascapes like limestone cliffs, fjords, and sea stacks. The tour includes swimming in Pregnant Maiden Island, cruise to Singa Besar Island, and enjoy the beach at Teluk Cawi or Beras Basah Island. This tour is on a private arrangement only and is a maximum of 8 passengers per boat.

Dayang Bunting Island

Embark on an island hopping tour to explore well-known islands south of Langkawi. Take a trip by explorer boat from Pekan Rabu Jetty to your first stop, the Pulau Dayang Bunting or Dayang Bunting Island, where you can trek a short distance to reach the legendary Tasik Dayang Bunting (Lake of the Pregnant Maiden). Spend an hour here observing the calm lake that is fringed by a verdant forest and mountains. Dip in the mystical lake that is said to be infused with powers by a celestial princess.

We really enjoyed our island tour with Junglewalla. The islands were beautiful, and our guide shared lots of interesting information. Most important for us: Junglewalla does not feed the eagles and explains why this harmful practice should stop. Sadly, you still see other boats feeding them with chicken skin. If you still want to do an island tour, Junglewalla is the responsible choice.

We had a great time doing the tour with Masyi. Our guide was very good, she explained us everything about the wildlife and mangrove ecosystem. We would definitely recommend doing the tour with her.

The tour was just perfect. We have seen a lot of beautiful nature and wildlife. This company Junglewalla pays a lot of attention to protect this beautiful environment. All people are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Masyi to explain everything. She is a very good guide and is passionated to show us arround. Also thanks to the captain of the boot. Amazing experience to the mangroves

We had an amazing time we went on a private boat cruise to the mangroves, we saw a variety of different species, including snakes ,monkeys,eagles and crabs .We went into the Batcave and the crocodile cave. Lots of boats were on the trip at the same time and we were one of the only ones that managed to get into the cave to see the bats because we had Top G Huzzi as our sailor. Our guide was very knowledgeable of all the species in the area and the landscape we felt very safe. We had an amazing time. Definitely recommend booking with jungle Walla.

We had a timeless experience exploring the mangroves with our amazing guide Azri — we learned so much thanks to his knowledge and passion. He’s truly a passionate and engaging guide! Special thanks to our captain as well — incredibly skilled and super friendly :) The landscapes were absolutely breathtaking, and the whole team showed real care and respect for the environment. Seeing wildlife up close in their natural habitat was beyond anything we had imagined. We can only highly recommend this unforgettable experience!

We had a great afternoon visiting the island southern of Langkawi. Our guide Wonda shared information on the island its history, animals and ecosystem. We visited the lake of the pregnant maiden, spotted birds and had time to swim in clear blue water. Would recommend.

A beautiful discovery of the mangrove, its meanders and its fauna, with family with children parents and grandparents. Emphasis is placed on nature conservation, ecology, and the dangers of certain ancestral practices such as feeding eagles. Our guide Rodhiah was very clear, provided us with rich explanations, full of details and supported by photos. Both young and old enjoyed it! We finished with a superb boat ride on crystal clear waters, the dream! I will recommend this provider around me.
