Convenient good value ride from Jakarta airport

5.00We booked a ride from Jakarta airport to our hotel. It was convenient, safe and great value. We contacted our driver Imron by WhatsApp before flight and on arrival to confirm time and meeting place.

2.00Driver sent messages via WhatsApp which was helofull during our progress thru immigration and bag claim. But then was hard to locate driver. He did not tell us which exit of 2 to meet him. He also did not have a sign with our name. Driver did not speak English. No bottled water was offered. Once we met he drove competently to our hotel. His car was air conditioned but not very clean.
