Had an awesome time at Project Chocolat! Shout out to Tahj and Vernice. Made this a memorable experience. Tahj was very knowledgeable and answered every question, both had lots of jokes to tell and some quips. Even went out of their way to sing happy birthday for me, and draw on my chocolate bar bag. Thanks so much!

This experience is 100% worth it! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the tour and chocolate making. The tour is easy to navigate and there are numerous fruit plants and flowers for great pics.

This is a MUST DO tour and experience when you visit Saint Lucia! The tour (about 1.5 hours) is super informative and interesting, our guide was so knowledgable and friendly. The chocolate making experience after the tour is something we won’t forget. You will never eat another bar of dark chocolate without thinking about the process that made it come together. Lunch (part of the tour cost) was surprisingly yummy and a great way to pass the time while your chocolate bar is setting in their fridges. Lots of great chocolate stuff to buy, including booze! The experience was a highlight of our time in beautiful Saint Lucia

I HIGHLY recommend doing the tree to bar tour! You start off with an hour or so tour walking through how both coffee and cacao are grown, even getting a chance to pick a coffee cherry and try a raw cacao pod. From there you make your own chocolate bar from scratch. The tour also includes lunch, featuring cacao as an ingredient in every dish! Suggested timeline for 1pm tour: 1. Arrive around 12:15 to check in 2. Eat lunch (1 main 2 sides per person) 3. Go on the tour 4. Finish lunch with dessert as your chocolate bar sets!

The Tree to Bar tour is not cheap but includes a nice “market style” lunch at the self service restaurant terrace, which turned out to be a pretty good lunch. Coffee also good. The tour of the Estate and the making of the chocolate bar were relaxed but professional and pretty good fun. The morning tour starting at nine clearly less busy than the afternoon tour. The famed Sulphur springs are very nearby and can easily be visited in the afternoon as the next thing in the day.

The tour and facility as a whole were great! They care deeply about the environment, the farmers and sustainability. The tour and chocolate are fantastic and being able to bring home a chocolate bar we made by hand ourselves was a wonderful treat and addition. The food hall at the venue is fantastic and everything there is scratch made with either cocoa or chocolate in it.

What a wonderful morning we got to spend walking through their cocao plantation, checking out the different cocao pods and coffee plants, touring the cocao bean growing area, drying areas and so many cocao flavors of alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks along with cocao insprired food options. Making the chocolate bars definitely added to the experience of eating dark chocolate and will always be memorable afterwards.

Vernice, our guide was very informative and fun! Learned things about plants and chocolate that I never knew. Got a chance to make my own chocolate bar which was fun but requires a little work. Might make your shoulders sore if you have shoulder issues. You get a chance to walk through the plantation area and see a lot of plants and learn about how cocoa is grown. The forest is extraordinarily pretty but there a couple of hills and steps- wear sneakers. Definitely end with a drink, food or desert from one of the food trucks!
