I was on the same tour that Ben P wrote a review on. And I have read the company’s response. Their response is simply not true. There were three buggies not with the group for 30 minutes. The guide had no idea. Two buggies were lost, and one was broken down. When the two buggies reunited with the group, just by pure luck, they informed the guide that the third buggy was 30 minutes back. Best practice would be for the company to take ownership of this mistake and rethink having a guide at the front and at the back. It’s not that complicated.

Excellent experience. The buggy tour was a lot of fun and very well organized. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times, the vehicles were in great condition, and the route was amazing. Definitely worth it and I would do it again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Starting an account just to write this, which is something I ordinarily would never do. In our group there were many families making up 25 people in total. There was one tour guide. He took the front and expected the group to follow him, 13 or so buggies in a row. The speeds varied, as did the obstacles in the way, so it wasn’t uncommon for the lead buggy to be a half mile in front of the backmost buggy, entirely out of sight. Which became a problem when my dad’s buggy—all the way in the back—ran out of gas. My sisters and I stopped for 30 seconds to examine the problem, letting the last buggy pass us. We decided to go try to stop our group while our dad waited in his immovable buggy, but our group had left us. We came to several forks in the road, moving as fast as we could, and quickly realized that in our search for our group we had gotten lost. My sisters and I spent 25 minutes driving round the island—alone—looking for our group, while our dad stayed put for 25 minutes—alone—waiting for someone to come help. We crossed busy streets on our buggies, stopped to ask for help, my little sister was followed by two locals on atvs who made suggestive comments and made to cut her off, all this while we are desperately just trying to find our group and hoping our dad is in a better situation. We were lucky to eventually find our group, where it became clear that our tour guide was shocked to see us. He had not noticed we were missing. They sent out a rescue to get my dad’s stuck car, which was probably 3 miles back. That also took 20 minutes. Look, personally I didn’t care for the destinations being little more than small stores selling 7$ bandanas, or water caves crowded with 8 other similarly sized tour groups, but in any other circumstance I would have left that alone. I don’t write bad reviews, I’m 22, it’s not what I do. But this tour was recklessly, frighteningly awful. My family was unsafe. It was incredibly frustrating to see the obvious solution to our problem. For 25 people, traveling 800 meters apart, have another tour guide. One in the front. One in the back. This way you can at least have a general idea about the whereabouts of the people you are charged with protecting.

Yes it had everything we needed for the price we paid. Guide Anthonio was amazing and made us feel safe and protected. I would highly recommend experience to friends. Perfect for any group.
