  It was definitely worth getting to the mountain before the crowds! Had 2 great guides. They fully explained how to use the ATVs and went through the safety precautions. They also had us go thru a "test" run to make sure everyone was comfortable with using them. The tour included breakfast and lunch. Picked us up very close to our airbnb. Ride was bumpy but that was to be expected with the road conditions in Cusco and Peru. Still need to hike up and down a mile or so - and quite a difficult if you're not acclimated to the high elevation. There is the option to take horses or get a ride on a motor bike to get up. They also carried oxygen and I believe one person from one group needed it when we were on the top of rainbow mountain.

  This was a whirlwind adventure to make it up to see Rainbow mountain. Early start to beat the crowds but the company picked us up and dropped us off at a reasonable location. Fed us (breakfast and lunch) where we picked up the ATVs, supporting the local economy. Taught us proper use and safety procedures and provided two extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive guides. The motorcycle ride to get closer to the mountain was a surprise but not a bad one! Would definitely recommend.

  Amazing trip to Rainbow mountains. Both of the guides were amazing, they explained everything about the ATV and all the time they ensured about the safety. team were : Arturo Yadira Rene( Driver)

  3hr drive from Cusco, we had a beautiful warm day, but I have been told it can get very cold. Loved the quad biking and views. Delicious lunch before heading back

  The tour had been rescheduled to start at 8:30 am and the van arrived to pick me up 15 minutes late. No response to my call. No apology. The guide allocated an old and, more importantly, an inferior ATV model to me. I crashed thr ATV within a hundred metets from the depot because of the bad steer. The guide whom I suspect is the boss running the tour operator business with his partner who assisted in leading the group. So he could save one ATV to climb uphill to save cost by putting me up on his ATV at his back, without my expressedly consent. When we reached the summit, like everyone else, I breathed slightly abnormally. Again without my consent., within seconds. the guide arranged two cyclists to immediately takeme downhill. Why two cylists? Because the tour price didn't cover the downhill sector. A pair of Spanish-speaking couple supposedly accompanied to me downhill but they were nowhere close to me during my entire downhill journey. On reaching the base. the Spanish-speaking woman insisted me to pay for her part which was PEN15. Later I found out the rest of the group walked downhill to save costs. It was obvious the guide wanted to benefit his cyclist friends and did a favour to the couple because they are Spanish-speaking. Then thel ast strae came to being. We were destined to return to main square. The guide was too keen to the American sub-group. I was the first one to return to my hotel even though I protested as I was feeling safe after reaching Cusco town centre. But he was rudely stopped at my hotel, again without my consent. I hereby demand a refund of the tour price, at least partially, after going through all these. I consider the guide is unscrupulous and irresponsible.
