  We were supposed to have a luxury yacht trip with 2 snorkelling stops, but the trip with Shamandura boat was like a trip to prison, workers shouting all the time and it was obvious that they hated their jobs, all people, but especially tourists. Ras Mohammad snorkelling was 1 round around small coral reef, guide was screaming all the time to keep close group, so instead of corals and fish all that we saw was othet people’s legs, bottoms, toes against face and kicking all over the body, i was afraid someone would drown me there like that. And that was the only snorkelling stop. Loads of time was spent on White island to make photos to make more money. Who didn’t want photos had to wait. Boring long hours on the boat and other tourboat was actually turning around to show dolphins to tourists, our boat was one of the last ones to go out and first to return, but even then the guy was screaming to hurry up and get off the boat. Food was poor, tasteless and thrown on the plates as if feeding dirty pigs. Drinks were hidden out of sight and no mention on containers what’s inside of them. And not only was it waste of money and time, it absolutely ruined my mood and could not wait for the tour to be just over. Trust the negative reviews, those are true ones. 5 stars are bullied out, the guy sat beside each group and made sure they opened the trip advisor app and left 5 stars and he grabbed the phone from people to submit it himself if someone was trying to be nice, but honest and not leave the review actually. I have never had issues with customer service people and our group was polite and quiet, but we were still treated like reform school underage criminals.

  Beware of this Yacht trip if you do not want to snorkel, swim or dive then it won’t be appropriate for you. The lunch provided was great and the views of the sea throughout the experience were beautiful but White Island does not appear to be an actual island it’s just sea and some sand in the middle of the sea.

  An amazing experience, everyone was so comforting and welcoming. Also made me feel so safe when I went scuba diving for the first time which made it more enjoyable.

  Pick up was on time. Arrived at the marina and taken to the boat (Yousef 1) The diving instructor (hamza) explained about diving - really easy instructions. We hadn’t booked to dive but the offer of a little try in the water first before deciding was so good. So we both did and both dived for the first time 😍. Hamza took the reins completely so all we had to concentrate on was breathing and looking at the reef! We then went over to White Island and as non confident swimmers, were taken there by holding a ring. And back! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good also. Highly recommend.

  Amazing experience. The provider is very helpful and contacts you before hand to confirm your attendance and is available to message if you need anything. All the crew on the boat are friendly and helpful and made sure we were safe and comfortable during the activity. It was an amazing experience and would recommend to anyone who wants to try snorkelling and diving in the red sea

  We chose for diving and a boat tour with friends. Simply great crew. We had no trouble from booking to end of tour. Diving instructor Hamzawy was very talented and knowledgeable. Even if you’re scared, it gave you a touch of relaxation and a cozy dip. We were delighted that all the staff on board (boat name is Yusuf) were so efficient and professional. We recommend relaxation.

  The trip is below average as it is a purely tourist trip and the time to the island of bianca was 5 minutes or the time to arrive and return. I do not recommend it, there are better trips!

• Snorkeling trip to Ras Mohammed National park.

  Whether you are a confident swimmer or not the team are on hand and by your side. Morrissey Ahmed was very good in showing me the coral 🪸 reef and various fish 🐠 which was amazing.
