Come with us to one of the most beautiful destinations in Germany: The Middle Rhine Valley. The very spectacular section of the river from Rüdesheim to St. Goarshausen is UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will see a good part of it.
Assmannshausen
After approx. 50 minutes we will reach the Rhine Valley by bus. Drive along the river banks, then up the hills. Enjoy a fantastic view over the valley and the beauty of its nature. If you like you can join the delightful ride with the ropeway down into the valley (only for the Full Day Tour and only in summertime), it is available on a small extra fee. Right at the river edge, a short walk leads to the restaurant, a lovely place in Ruedesheim-Assmannshausen. A light lunch is served at this richly decorated and furnished place with original antiquities. Drinks as well as dessert are not included in the lunch arrangements. We will leave the restaurant and walk to the pier to embark one of the typical white Rhine steamer ships. Slowly downstreaming the most beautiful part of the valley passengers will enjoy the stunning scenic beauty of the river panorama.

5.00George did an amazing job giving us history as we drove to the river cruise and again on the way home. He was friendly and had great advice. Andrias was a great driver and took time to show us extra sites. It was very hot that day but we enjoyed the activity very much. Our 3 year old enjoyed trying to find castles. Lunch was good for us and the staff there were very friendly. Definitely should purchase the apple strudel for dessert if you go. It was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed our experience.
Horrible tour stay away scam after scam

1.00Tour guide was asking for tips during the tour. He had a partnership with the restaurant where the server was forcing everyone to buy drinks for a free lunch and not even take credit card. Also making stupid jokes throughout. Also there is Jo winery wine tasting instead you’re back at the restaurant and getting tiny drops of wine. Scam tour overall

2.00the tour on paper looks very nice. In practice it was a joke. The bus we traveled in was very little, not so luxurious as told, Very low windows, so we did not see much of the landscape. Everybody had a seat, not more, So it was very tight! The lunch served was tasteless and very poor looking and the staff did not have time for a smile. After the lunch we had the river cruise, THE RIVER CRUISE WAS PERFECT. And actually the only thing that did not include the some kind of odd bus driver , who was talking all the time., The most hilarious thing was the "WINE TASTING" , that was held at the same restaurant, were we did have the poor lunch. we were served 4 small glasses of 4 different wines (maybe 2 ml each). But the best part was, that the "wine tasting" WAS HELD BY THE BUS DRIVER. It was a JOKE! I do not recommend this tour to anybody. Take the cruise ships, they operate professionally, and you see a lot more of the really beautiful landscape. This tour was a total waste of money.
