  Great trip, great tour guide who was very knowledgeable and great company with 4 other travellers. Very relaxing.

  The tour did not include the river cruise like it states. Their were no cruise ships operating -it mentions they only do river cruises if there are no cruiseships operating and the water was not low ( it states that on few occasions i. e. low waters etc. we may visit a castle instead ) . The tour was not worth the money. There were nice sights to see however most of the tour is on the bus (which is not a luxury bus like it states). The tour is a drive to a restaurant by the river for lunch and then from there you go to a castle. From the castle you go back to the restaurant to sample very very small amounts of wine in a shot glasses. From there you go back to the hotel . The whole tour is mostly in a bus. The best part of the tour was not included which made the whole thing pretty pointless. I wish the guide would have been more honest and told everyone that the river cruise would not be included a day before.

  This was the worst excursion we taken. There was nothing to do or see. We were picked up at the meeting point, then drove to a restaurant for lunch. After lunch was the wine tasting, which was right next door and it was only half of a shot glass that is considered as the tasting for 5 wines. Then for the boat ride you get dropped off and pick up after about an hour/hour and a half. And then it was back to the meeting point.

  The trip was not what we expected. Firstly, the bus was a work van. It was a tin can box. Very very uncomfortable. The driver was driving 100 miles an hour on foggy wet roads. My husband took a picture of the speed. We felt like our lives were being compromised and in danger. The van was shaking due to unbalanced tires and the fast speed. We also had no clue it was 5 hours in an uncomfortable work van. We would have never booked this trip. The towns were mostly closed. There was also not enough time in each town. It was very rushed due to the distances of each town and then getting back to the meeting point at a certain time. We are regretfully requesting a refund. We used your company many times before and had wonderful experiences. Even the most recent cruise down the Rhine river with Michael. Kindly refund our American Express as soon as possible. Thank you.

  Overall a very relaxing day seeing beautiful scenery. Loved seeing the small towns and mountains. Tour Guide was very knowledgeable and funny. Spent more time on the bus than anticipated. Lunch provided was good but nothing to write home about. Lunch only includes the basic meal, no beverages or desserts. The restaurant was eccentric to say the least. The boat tour was nice. Very disappointed in the wine tasting experience; expected more than just 4 tiny sips of different wines. Wine tasting was also at the same eccentric restaurant and the room was very overwhelming. Overall an okay experience for the money. To see and experience more I suppose you have to pay more.
