5.00It was a top-notch experience. An extremely reasonable price for a whole day trip visiting Seville, Ronda and Setenil. Our guide Enrique was refreshingly resourceful, charismatic and highly professional. His great knowledge of both Spanish and world history combined with a personal uplifting narrative of the places we visited is the best definition of a great tourist guide who knows the importance of human touch, and patience required for great customer service. 5.00Enrique our tour guide was excellent! He was a wealth of information and very engaging. It is a long day but he kept things moving and interesting. My only complaint was that we tried to contact Viator to learn more about our pickup location and we never heard back. When we got off of the ship it turned out to be over 2 miles away. The “small group” tour was 23 people but it worked out ok.

2.00Great locations to visit however our tour guide Enrique was probably one of the rudest guides we have encountered. He forgot it is the groups vacation. He gave the facts, but he kept a fast pace even though people needed him to go slower. He didn't truly keep track of the group. He was very self centered. He did give a great tip in Ronda on where to go and not walk far for a great view. At the end of the tour he never thank people for traveling with this company. The bus driver did a great job and probably wasnt scheduled to work as the first bus broke.
