Galata Koprusu
Sail under the iconic Galata Bridge, a bustling hub connecting the historic and modern parts of Istanbul. Marvel at the panoramic views of the cityscape and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere created by locals fishing and engaging in leisurely strolls. A historic bridge connecting old Istanbul with the modern Karaköy district, bustling with activity and offering scenic views
Galata Tower
Standing proudly against the Istanbul skyline, the Galata Tower is far more than just a medieval stone tower; it's a timeless beacon steeped in history and captivating legends. As we see it rise majestically from the vibrant Galata district, imagine the centuries of stories it has witnessed. From its construction in the 14th century, it has served as a watchtower, a prison, and even an observatory. Legend says that it was from this very tower that Hezarfen Ahmet Çelebi, an Ottoman polymath, achieved the impossible, soaring across the Bosphorus with artificial wings in the 17th century. Its panoramic views of the city have inspired countless artists and poets, and its enduring presence continues to whisper tales of Istanbul's grand past and vibrant present.

The serving staff were great, very diligent. Guide was bored and spoke so fast, I understood maybe 30-40% of what she said. Shopping trip a complete waste of tine - to 'owner's' leather shop
