2.00The ride was disappointing and boring. The scenery was of regular homes and a few older, historic homes but nothing noteworthy. We had a short pass by the bay, but nothing that was scenic or pretty. The carriage driver was nice, but she dominated the conversation, trying to entertain us with trivia. Definitely not a romantic or interesting experience.

1.00Unfortunately the address was not the correct one the ticket. The horse and carriage was actually at an intersection of two roads. We followed directions to text the tour operator the did not receive a response. The name of the tour was not the name of the company that provided the tour. It was confusing and per the Viator will not receive a refund. This was not our fault.
Beautiful tour we probably wouldn’t take again…

5.00We had such a fun time last night with Kyra. She wasn’t originally suppose to be our driver, but we were early and bonded so much while waiting that she swapped places. She is a joy and very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Victoria. The carriage was super comfortable and Jerry was such a great horse. It is clear he is loved and well taken care of and we loved feeding him candy canes! Was amazing seeing all the Christmas lights by carriage, especially the Legislature Building. We would definitely recommend Tally-Ho and Kyra!

5.00I was visiting a friend in Victoria BC and decided to treat her with a old fashion carriage tour. In was a beautiful fall day on a Friday. Kayla was our guide was full of information about Victoria and had some great stories to tell. We laughed a lot. We felt safe with Jerry the big horse pulling leading us to beautiful views. It is a treat that should seriously be considered when visiting Victoria.

4.00With it cold and rainy, the carriage had a cover and thick, warm blankets were provided. The seats were rather comfortable, too. Our guide first asked us if we'd like a quiet ride or for her to give us more of a guided tour. We encouraged her to tell us all about the places we would pass, along with the facts and history behind them. She did an excellent job with that. It was sometimes hard to hear her, so a basic mic and speaker would have been helpful.
