  It was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences of my trip. The adventure itself was incredible — hiking up the steep black slopes of an active volcano and then racing down the side on a sandboard is as thrilling as it sounds. But what really made the tour special was our amazing guide. From the very beginning, our guide was kind, professional, and full of energy. She made sure me felt safe and comfortable, no matter their experience level. What I appreciated most was her genuine care and enthusiasm — she made the entire experience feel not just like a tour, but an adventure with a friend. She even helped me take some amazing videos and photos while I was boarding down the volcano! If you’re in León, I 100% recommend this tour — and if you get the same guide I did, consider yourself lucky! Be careful not to climb so fast during the strong wind!

  Rolling down the hill in one piece but minus my eyeglasses! 😂😂😂. Jokes aside, the trip was fantastic. We were very lucky with the weather. Cloudy day prevented us from being baked. The breeze at the ridge top was very pleasant and cooled us down. Our guide Yasser is such a great guy. We shared the stories in our life and a quite a few laughs. Really enjoyed it!!

  This experience was amazing, the hike wasn’t the most enjoyable but our tour guys made it all worth it. We created an incredible bond with Fernando ( my homie Tando), I can honestly say he was the reason why we had the most amazing time. 😁

  I had a fantastic experience with Yasser. He did reach out to me couple days before the trip to make sure everything is organised. Ask me for a few information and also give me some tips on what to bring and what not to bring on the trip the day before he also followed up with for confirmation, and on the day he was ahead of time. Overall is communication was excellent. The trip started early very nice clean car we stopped along the way at Nagarote for breakfast which was excellent choice and a good start for the day continue our way to Leon to start our trip to Cerro Negro. The trip was fun and yasser went above and beyond to ensure I have a fantastic experience with volcano boarding every possible way to get me the best photos and videos to document my experience. After returning back to Leon Yasser hidden Jim in his mind for lunch and say the least it was exactly what I needed after going up and hike and volcano. After lunch Yasser had a couple options and he was flexible enough to allow me to choose between my preferences. Some of them were going to take longer time but I didn’t mind and he was so easy-going and relaxed to make sure I have the best experience in Nicaragua. Overall all i had a great experience with yasser , very organised, communicates well , service oriented, friendly, easy going and flexible. I cannot recommend him enough

  The experience with Yasser was well organized and amazing! He and his team did an awesome job planning out the structure of the day, ensuring our group was having fun, and adjusted to our needs when necessary. This adventure made the overall trip to Nicaragua well worth it. I plan to utilize Yasser and his team the next time I am in the country. I can’t recommend him enough!
