5.00Weather can be very windy and foggy. You may not be able to see everything, but what you do see will be beautiful. Our guide, Max, was very informative and entertaining. And he works hard to make sure guests have a great experience.

5.00I took this tour my first day on the island to get myself acquainted, and I'm so happy I did. Gonzalo was a fantastic guide and gave us plenty of local perspective along with information about the sites. The day was well paced, and I was impressed to have seen and done so much in only one day.

5.00We took the tour with our guide Joao today. The whole day was made memorable with the great guide who was extremely informative, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He took extra care of us so we could enjoy the sights in spite of the bad weather. He kept us engaged with lively conversations and the day lively while he drove us to various locations. We enjoyed our visit today because of the exceptional guide. Would love to take another tour again with Joao!

5.00My girlfriend and I took this tour and we had an amazing time! João was very friendly, informative, funny, and knowledgeable. He taught us all about the history of the Azores and the lunch was delicious! I definitely recommend this tour.

5.00Hugo is one of the loveliest people you will meet - he is so well informed , so warm and kind - and clearly loves this incredibly beautiful island . It was such a joy discovering the magic it holds with Hugo and the lovely group of women who organically banded together for this experience . Truly breathtaking views of the ocean , the skies , the volcanos , lakes and craters . Beautiful storytelling , fado music along the way , deep and interesting conversations and nature in all her splendour . I loved every minute of our time together . Deeply grateful 🙏

5.00We only had one day to see this beautiful island. Joao has this tour built for the optimal experience, showing you as much as he can in the time you have. He is a native who knows this land intimately. His knowledge is very extensive, every question we asked he answered in detail. He has a great sense of humor and joy of living. Being with him was so much fun. The restaurant we had lunch in felt very local, with a buffet full of local favorites. They were friendly and the food was delicious and generous. We’ve done many tours so we know how lucky we were to have gotten such a perfect tour guide. He’s also an ace photographer so he took some stellar shots of us in the spectacular setting of the Azores. You won’t be disappointed. Four friends joined four people we didn’t know but he made it comfortable and easy to be together. Book a tour with this group. They are switching to many new electric vans with powerful engines to get you up and over these hills. You can’t go wrong, this tour is wonderful.

5.00My family of 7 adult siblings took both the East and West tours of the Island. We had Hugo for our guide on the first tour and requested him for the 2nd tour. Hugo is so passionate about the Island, knowledgeable, kind, professional, and a great photographer-:). Hugo accommodated all of our special, sometimes quirky, requests with a smile. The tour themselves are wonderful! The views are spectacular!!! We are blessed to have fabulous weather both days. I cannot recommend these tours enough!
