  Great tour with a lot of knowledge. Rob and Jim were great and a joy to be around. Great views of the city from the space needle and the boat tour.

  Overall, we enjoyed the activities. Timing was off as we were told to be ready for pick up 30-40 minutes before we even heard from the driver. We stood outside in the cold for at least 20 minutes before we were contacted about the later time. The underground tour could likely be replaced with something more interesting. For example, take visitors to see the fish delivery at Pike Place or to Chihuly Garden instead. Our driver was very courteous and mostly timely but she nearly didn’t return us to our hotel because her “shift was ending”. The listing says we will be returned to our original pick up spot. Need to correct this info.

  I thought we were to be ready at 8:30am in lobby & that Liam was to be our driver. There was confusion about arrival time & were not picked up until 9:15. The car was small, we were a party of 4 tall adults - the tour was to have up to 7 patrons & a driver. I want to make clear that Lilly, our driver was very nice. But she did not tell us much history of the city. She took us to a nice overview park on Queen Anne before seeing the space needle & suggested a pastry shop after. Next week went to boat tour because of problems with underground tour tickets. Boat tour very informative & enjoyable. Ended with underground tour which we all very much enjoyed. Note, as Lilly's shift was over, we walked back to our hotel. I thought we were to have had end to end service. I enjoyed our day because we were with our friends. We did get Seattle history from the tours we were taken to. However, one of our party has used Viator tours in other locations & stated they are normally informative in all aspects. That being said. This half day could have been arranged by us using Uber rides between tours.

  We were picked up by a small compact car we shared with another couple on the tour. The site stated an air conditioned bus or van. Our driver was not familiar with local sites, didn’t know where our hotel entrance was and dropped us at our last destination and told us we were close to our hotel so we could walk there when our tour was complete. Disappointed with the tour service company but the tours were all great.

  Tour was canceled five minutes before scheduled pickup. Very difficult to find another tour at the last minute. Refund should be immediate, not “5-7” days later.

  Not worth the money. Our tour guide was over an hour late from the original show window and admired immediately we were his first unsupervised tour. He spoke very quietly and offered nothing more than just a driver to take us from place to place. He said we’d meet all our times but we didn’t. The Space Needle was our first stop, and because we were late, the line was long. Once at the top, he sent us a text that we were running late and should come down and skip the gift shop. Once back in the van, he said we’d skipping the underground tour because he felt it was too “touristy” and he took us to the big Ferris Wheel instead. We suspected he was skipping the underground tour because we were too late for that one. It was a nice day and the views were great from the Ferris Wheel but we were already at the Space Needle, so nothing new. By this point, we had missed the original harbor tour times so he gave us the option to go on a later tour in an hour and a half. That worked out since we wanted lunch anyway. He left us there with tickets for the later tour as he had another tour to conduct. Our hotel was walking distance from the Harbor Tour so we were fine with that option. Seriously, since we were staying close to Pike’s Place we could have arranged and completed the three events on our own, made all three on our schedule, and saved some money. I would not recommend this tour.

  Excellent tour. The attractions we saw were amazing, the harbour and underground tours in particular were super entertaining and informative, and our guide kept up the momentum by sharing cool facts and stories about the city between each stop. I would recommend doing this tour first on your trip to Seattle to get up to speed on the city before exploring yourself.

  Our tour guide Hassan was so knowledgeable and friendly. He made everything stress free. We were picked up in a Mercedes metris that seats no more than 7, so all the tours are small based and personal. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is visiting Seattle for a short period of time and wants to hit all the major attractions. You get a fantastic view of the city from the space needle, learn about the city’s rich port history on the harbour cruise, and get a neat perspective of the old underground city on the walking tour. Overall fantastic tour total worth the price.
