Room Details
All hotel rooms are based on two Full / Double beds or one King/Queen bed depends on what hotel availiable on the day. The maximum occupancy per room is four travelers.

Age and Safety: Guests under 18 must be with at least one adult. Pregnant women can join the tour only if they are 24 weeks pregnant or less by the end of the trip.
Booking Details: Provide accurate information, including your name, contact details (preferably a mobile number), and flight information. Errors can affect your travel and any losses due to incorrect information will be your responsibility.
Hotel Rooms: Rooms vary (e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and can only accommodate 2-4 people. Deposits are usually handled by credit card. We guarantee room availability but not the specific room type or location. Check-in is generally after 3:00 PM.
Tickets and Charges: We do not accept City Passes or personal tickets for attractions. Admission and meal prices may change without notice. Tickets cannot be refunded if prices drop and no price matches on attractions are allowed.
Itinerary Changes: We may adjust the tour itinerary if needed, but the included attractions will not be reduced.
Tour Adjustments: Guides or drivers may change the tour schedule due to weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure a smooth trip.
Closed Attractions: If attractions are closed or altered due to holidays or other reasons, we will adjust the itinerary and/or replace it with an equivalent attraction to maintain the tour’s quality. Changes due to COVID-19 restrictions are considered force majeure.
Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
Health Requirements: Good health is required to enjoy the tour. Contact us for policies on passengers with disabilities. We do not guarantee accessible buses or seating without prior notification.
Terms and Conditions: We may update these terms occasionally. Check our product website before booking. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages related to these terms.
Leaving the Group: If you choose to leave the group, inform the tour guide in advance and sign a departure agreement. You will not receive a refund for any missed parts of the tour.
Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed on the bus or in hotel rooms. If you smoke in a non-smoking hotel room, you may be fined at least $250.

Today, we will depart from Vancouver in the morning and head over to Washington State. Shortly after, we will go to Leavenworth. During the Christmas season every year, the town is decorated with lanterns and decorations that are perfect for you to discover. Leavenworth
Explore the German village 2.5 hours northwest from Seattle, the most popular town in this area where people celebrates all the time. You can see nice maple leaves here in falls. Leavenworth, the townsite was across the Wenatchee River from Icicle and was named Leavenworth the same year the rail construction began. Captain Charles Leavenworth, president of the Okanogan Investment Company, purchased the land in the present-day downtown and laid the streets parallel to the new railroad tracks. The railroad construction was completed during the winter of 1893. Lafayette Lamb and his brother, Chancery Lamb arrived in 1903 from Iowa to build the second largest sawmill in Washington state in winter the town is covered by white snow and holiday decorations. Lovely atmosphere can be found here all year round. Enjoy shopping for delicate European souvenirs and the famous German food and beer, or try on traditional German clothes.

On the way, we will enter Oregon and pass the Multnomah Falls, which is the second highest waterfall in the United States. Here you can enjoy the magnificent momentum of the waterfall. Shortly after, we will go to the Portland Pioneer Place and Woodburn Premium Outlet! Arrived at Multnomah Falls in beautiful Oregon! It is part of the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area which is a protected area that covers land in both Washington and Oregon. There are spectacular views where the river cuts through mountains and forests to create awesome cliffs, canyons, and waterfalls!

There are many themes in the store, including Harry Potter, ice and snow, the Marvel series, and many limited-edition dolls. In addition to buying beloved Chaowa, you can also take photos with 1:1 life size Funko dolls. If you are imaginative, you may also take home a unique exclusive doll DIY! Shortly after, we will go to the Seattle Premium Outlets, which is a shopping paradise and afterwards we will go to a duty-free store before returning back to Vancouver.
