Hop-On Hop-Off buses are now equipped to accommodate collapsible/foldable wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

5.00A great trip around the city on the hop on and off big bus. Interesting commentary and very helpful staff plus regularly timed bus frequency made it an enjoyable and memorable experience. Well worth the money. Thanks!!

3.00While the drivers and check-in teams were very nice, there were no live docents to give the color commentary, history and personal insights that we have come to expect on a Big Bus tour. We only had pre-recorded tracks that mostly pushed stores to visit and long bewildering silences as we wondered what we were passing by. Nothing about the amazing architecture or insights into what is an amazing city. BB needs to take a lesson from Philadelphia, San Francisco and Savannah to name a few of our past BB experiences. The only "plus" for our group was a nice bus and we didn't have to navigate the traffic and parking.

4.00We certainly enjoyed the hop on hop off tour. I would recommend another stop in Stanley Park. One by the totem poles would be nice.
