Good experience. Juan was our main contact. It was foggy when we reached but they made sure to wait to get us a good flight. The views are beautiful and calm. The small brunch after the flight is nice experience.

This was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had! The team was absolutely fantastic and not only made us feel safe but made sure we had an incredible time. The flight over Segovia was an hour of insanely beautiful views! Paolo came to Madrid and picked us up at our hotel. On the way back he took us to multiple tourism sites and got photos of us in front of them - he went the extra mile!!! Highly recommend.

The day was beautiful and ride was very nice. But would have been better if the man would have told us about the area and the places we saw. He did not even mention where we were or how long he had been doing the job. The driver Pablo was very nice did his best to help us and answered questions. Was a great ride but we never received any pictures from the tour, but they did take them! So not sure where they went to. We only received a single paper.
Where were the castles? We ONLY saw a jail!

We purchased these tickets because of the castles views. We only saw a castle in the distance before the balloon took air. We never got even close to the castle. We were promised castles and what we got was a view of a low security jail from all angles. We seemed to go in one big circle for an 1hr. The landing was atrocious! Their assistance had to drag the balloon over a rocky patch and over a fence. However, the pilot was friendly.

Victor and his team were very professional and kind. It was a very fun experience and I strongly recommend it! The tour was mainly in Spanish as most visitors were Spanish. But, Victor made the effort to translate and talk to us in English. We also had some drinks and food after the landing which was pleasant. Thank you for this great experience !!
