Good trip to two iconic cities

4.00The trip was for a full day so it feels long but it is entertaining. Both of our tour guides had good personalities. However the primary speaker on the tour parroted thru the entire narration which made it very difficult to understand and left us no time to comprehend or retain the information he was sharing. That is a huge delta which makes it a rather disappointing experience for tourists wanting to know about the history of these two iconic cities.

I was alone and I was very well received by the group, the guides Samuel and JJ (José Javier) have a lot of knowledge and manage to convey this in an attractive and even comic way at various moments... The Tour is super worth it because it presents us two cities that have incredible stories, throughout the day and with an accessible exit from Madrid

4.00The pass is overall a good value with a few disappointments: 1. No entrance for self guided tour at Prado to allow more flexibility as the tour time is very limited. 2. We didn’t get a chance to use the pass for Royal Palace due to official event closure. 3. Using the pass for Segovia/Toledo tour does not cover any entrance ticket, which made us look very different from the rest of the tour group, even if Amigo Tours guide was very friendly and handled the situation well.

1.00It is a scam. You buy the pass and then you try to book and there is no availability. Besides I had booked Prado museum in Madrid and a few hours before they cancelled it.

1.00Terrible experience with Go Citvcvvy Madrid Pass. I bought this and made reservations, planned my itinerary. But Go City Madrid partnered (Amigo Tours - Royal Palace Madrid Tour, Naturanda - Alcala Henarez wine tour ) cancelled the event last minute. I was not able to rebook due to last minute cancellation of my itinerary. Go City does not take any responsibility if their partnered party cancelled at the last minute. Overall terrible experience with Go City Madrid Pass.
Very good but they should inform you before buying what tours they have available for the day of your visit

4.00It is a good way to know in my case Madrid, but I suggest buying it in advance in my case I had to buy my tickets to the Royal Palace at the box office because the tours they offer are few and sell out fast, I sent them a message to know if they could offer me a free pass to avoid that extra expense but they did not answer me, also mostly they are in English I had no problem but my wife does not fully understand, from the guides no complaints very patient and attentive.

1.00Amigo Tours cancelled my reservation 2 days before for no reason. I couldn’t visit the royal palace and when I wanted to buy tickets there were no tickets left. I am very disappointed because it was THE monument I wanted to see. Especially since my bike tour of Madrid with Churros was also cancelled the day before by Experience First even though I had established my program since July that is 3 months in advance. I do not recommend buying the card.
