We left Milan on the 10.30 bus and were given tickets home on the 19.30 bus. We finished early and wanted to get on the 17.30 bus. To do this they charged us an extra €10, I don’t know why???? Also the staff could smile a little bit, a little smile goes a long way. Having said that the trip was smooth & efficient and the bus was clean and tidy. The outlet itself is massive and we enjoyed our experience there!!

Everything was efficient from boarding the bus from Milan and back to Milan. Smooth journey which took about 1hr plus

Overall it was very good experience comfortable journey. The bus arrived at time comfy coach plenty of space to put the shopping they don’t sell any drinks water or snack on board
