West Baray

We begin our ride to the outside of Siem Reap town. First, you’ll explore the old Buddhist temple in order to understand the Buddhist practice of the Khmer people, get a spiritual blessing from the monk, and listen to Khmer fortune-telling. We will stop by local businesses along the way to learn about the local crafts and industries, such as rice noodle production and bamboo sticky rice cake. Continue our ride to the West Baray where the beautiful ancient reservoir awaits.

Ravy was absolutely fantastic! He showed us around with so much charm and enthusiasm. We got the chance to try and taste bamboo rice, flavored wine, and freshly made rice noodles along the way. The tour was filled with interesting insights, local knowledge, and personal stories that made everything feel authentic and memorable. Perfectly paced and truly enjoyable, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We rode on the backs of experienced drivers! Super safe and easy!

Ravy gave us a great tour this afternoon. He is very knowledgeable about everything at all of our stops. He communicates very well in English. I highly recommend him as a tour guide.

Excellent tour, the stops were fantastic. The last stop with the rice noodles were fantastic, I loved seeing the family structure and seeing the noises made by hand was very cool. Best part was we got to also eat the freshest noodles we’ll ever have. Big Shout out to Ravy, he was an excellent guide keeping the group entertained and very knowledgeable on all the stops and got our questions answered. Would recommend this tour and Ravy to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

A very special tour! You'll experience the authentic side of life in Cambodia and Siem Reap. Our guides, Ravy and Chom Reun, were very friendly and gave us excellent explanations of local and rural life. We visited several interesting places: a pagoda, a local market, a wine rice factory, a bamboo sticky rice factory, a rattan factory, and a noodle factory. I highly recommend this tour.

Ravy and Mut were fabulous!!!!. It was both mine and my friends first time on a Vespa and they were so good to us. Very safe and very happy to answer questions. They taught us a little Khmer on the tour and took us to local homes. They introduced us to the families and would explain about the different things each family was making (e.g. rice noodles, rice wine, baskets etc). They were also good about stopping for photo opportunities.

Ravi and Mut were great drivers! Very informative sharing their Cambodian culture with us. Got to stop at a variety of different markets and street vendors to learn how different products were made and sample local foods.

An excellent way to see sights outside of Siem Reep. Lots of variety with a guide who spoke excellent English. We felt safe at all times on the bike which was surprisingly comfortable. We really felt we were out in the Countryside and away from all the traffic - great fun.

I had the most amazing time with Voleak on the vespa! Definitely an amazing way to see the country! I had delicious food at the market, rice wine and noodles! Voleak's impeccable English and friendliness helped make this an enjoyable experience!

Excellent tour led by Solyna and Chantreas. It felt like we really got to know how locals live and work. We met lovely, kind people at each stop and learned a lot from Solyna. Mopeds were really enjoyable too. Would recommend to anyone.
