Jim Neville Marine Preserve

Our Guides will meet you at our kayak trailer and take you kayaking through Jim Neville Preserve. You will kayak through and around Mangrove islands. Your Guide will give you history of the area, share wildlife siting's, you'll stop off at a private beach, and possibly spot a manatee or dolphin. This tour is a birders delight. When done with the tour your guide will return you to the same area you left from. This tour is safe for all ages and abilities as it is a slow paddle.

This trip was PERFECT! Jeff, our guide, was welcoming, accommodating, kind and knowledgeable. This was a PERFECT way to spend the afternoon in nature ❤️ 🚣 🌴 🌞 😊! GO!

Kayak experience was fine. Equipment showing wear but serviceable. Guide friendly but could have been better at either speaking up or waiting for the tour to gather ‘round. The usual creatures seen, birds and fish. Did some mangrove paddling which is fun. Good discussion of midnight pass history. Overall tour was fine, but get there early to park if on a weekend (super busy and you could do some walking if you can even find parking) and watch for self Involved pleasure boaters blasting music and generally disregarding safe passage rules. On that last point, guide might want to reconsider circling up in the middle of a waterway intersection. A lot of morons at the center of their own universe out there.

Greg was very personable and knowledgeable. He shared just enough personal stories and a ton of local information and history. He also shared his expertise on the flora and fauna observed. Loved seeing the active osprey nest. If you love shelling this trip is for you! It was a gorgeous, pleasant, and enjoyable day!

Very fun and Jeff was a great guide. Perfect for a first time kayaker or experienced also. We learned a lot and had a fantastic time!

It was amazing! Greg gave me a quick lesson and paddling was much easier for me than in the past. He was patient as I marveled at all the wildlife and took in the scenery. Greg shared so much history of the area and he was knowledgeable about the flora and fauna. The time flew by. I will definitely be booking again!

We had a wonderful eco tour even if we didn't really see anything but birds that day. Cody did a great job showing us around and pointing out some very interesting facts about the area and wildlife.

We were met very early in the morning by Jack. We were given our dry bags and water bottles and off we went. We did the Jim Neville preserve and I could not have been more impressed with Jack’s knowledge of the local animals and Florida We saw a manatee with its baby!! Can’t wait to do it again.
