They did not pick us up at the airport, the agency did not schedule our pick up.

1.00They did not pick us up at the airport, the agency did not schedule our pick up. We waited for more than 30 minutes for someone to pick us up and they never came. I had to send a message to the operator to see what had happened, but since they hadn't scheduled our pick up at that time, they started managing the pick up. We cancelled that service and took a Grab.

5.00The Transportation driver was on time. He helped us in the car. Was an excellent driver, and very nice to us he gave us the information where to go in the airport. It was a great experience.
