3.00This experience is basically a private taxi with a ticket to the river cruise. Our driver was kind and gave us some fun facts, but we were late to a couple activities partially because he solely drives you place to place and traffic was bad. Be prepared with time on your own end and the experience will probably be better.

2.00I’m incredibly disappointed with this tour experience. What we paid for was not delivered. The tour guide completely disregarded the itinerary we booked and left us to wander around confused and frustrated, offering little to no guidance. He rushed us the entire time, making it difficult to enjoy or learn anything. This was the first international trip for the children and the first tour of our journey — and sadly, it was completely ruined. I will be requesting a partial refund for this unacceptable experience.
