1.00I had booked and paid for the river cruise with this company but was unable to show them a QR code even though I showed the confirmation email. The supervisor was extremely rude, shouting at me so I walked away and he then came out of the booth to where I was with my friend, both 80, and told me I needed to control my temper!! When I said I would film him he walked away. It was very aggressive and upsetting for two elderly women. So now I have to try and get a refund from TA. We plan to use a different company for the cruise tomorrow. Stay away from Raymon, ? Spelling of his name, so aggressive. Pity his wife if he still has one!

Not the 25 minute boat cruise they advertise as 40 minutes!

2.00The tour was advertised to last 40 minutes and the narration was pre recorded. The tour lasted 25 minutes and the recording lasted about 20 minutes. It’s a beautiful spot and Singapore is beautiful. I encourage people who wish to see this area to use a different method of transportation. It was also hot and humid to the point of soaking my shirt, and that was Oct 1 2025.
