• Best excursion by far during our cruise

  We were at Alta on a northern lights cruise. Pick up was on time and convenient from the car park just beyond the shuttle bus. Small family kennels, with just me and my husband doing the excursion. We had over 50 mins of sledging in stunning scenery, around the woods and fields by Alta river. Had absolutely wonderful time. Then we had time to interact with the dogs which were friendly and loved a stroke and scratch. Followed by a drink and biscuits. Speaking to people who did the dog sledging through the cruise line they only had about 15 mins on the sledge, so very glad we booked this independently.

  Was a fantastic experience. So friendly and the dogs were great. It was too icy of conditions to be able to drive myself, but it didn’t detract from the experience at all. The path the dog sled went on was stunning with beautiful views. Loved the opportunity after to then pet and interact with the dogs. Will always cherish this memory I have of the experience.

  Best experience ever! They are so sweet and sociable. They try to cater toward your needs. I am someone who is really scared of dogs but they organised it in a way that I could enjoy it to the fullest. Afterwards I was not even scared of the dogs anymore, they were so sweet as well!

• The communication before...

  The communication before the trip with Ole was great. He picked us up at the harbor and after a short drive we arrived at his house and his dogs. We were given warm shoes and overalls, then we were able to meet his dogs, and after a short briefing, we were off. First as passengers, then later as mushers. It was breathtaking and the time flew by. When we were back at the house an hour later, we enjoyed drinks and cookies before Ole took us back to the harbor. We can only recommend the experience with Ole.
