In this class, you will learn how to easily cook the most delicious khinkali in the world, ruddy and fragrant Imeretian khachapuri. Cooking them is quite simple and you only need to know a few secrets! The master class takes place inside the restaurant hall, not in the kitchen. We treat the participants with Georgian wine, a vegetable salad made from unforgettable Georgian tomatoes, and a plate of farm cheeses. The cook tells how to make dough for khinkali, and the guests learn how to prepare the filling for khachapuri. Participants independently prepare the dough for khachapuri and the filling, spread the cheese, and bring it to readiness. After that, everyone learns to sculpt khinkali to the chef's stories about the intricacies of cooking this dish, historical tasty details about Tbilisi, and funny stories. *the event is not held in the kitchen

We had a wonderful evening with David our host chef, it provided us the knowledge to prepare a sumptuous traditional Georgian fare. We accompanied this with a few bottles of wine which complimented the food. Well worth the experience.

Excellent venue. Very elegant restaurant. Chef David was the epitome of professionalism, culinary expertise, and courtesy. He was patient throughout the entire process. He was an exemplary teacher to our young son.

We had a wonderful time at this experience. We didn't really know what to expect, but it was a great group of people. We met some wonderful people, had a great conversation, and the instructor and the cooking experience was fun and informative. As somebody who stays in Georgia quite often, I have enjoyed eating this food more than I can count, but I've never had a chance to see how it is made. Really enjoyed it and highly recommend.

Very fun and casual lunch where you get to learn how to make some classic Georgian dishes, and meet new people! Our host / instructor was very kind and patient, and gave us step by step instructions. Highly recommend for a fun afternoon activity!

The experience is as described with a small group cooking class making the dishes listed. Plenty of food for a meal and good instructions. They also share the recipes at the end. I think it would be the best experience with people you know because there was a lot of time to chat between the cooking steps. The chef explaining everything was very knowledgeable and it was easy to follow the steps. It would be nice to learn more about the food culture while doing the cooking.
