In this class, you will learn how to easily cook the most delicious khinkali in the world, ruddy and fragrant Imeretian khachapuri. Cooking them is quite simple and you only need to know a few secrets! We treat the participants with Georgian wine, a vegetable salad made from unforgettable Georgian tomatoes, and a plate of farm cheeses. The cook tells how to make dough for khinkali, and the guests learn how to prepare the filling for khachapuri. Participants independently prepare the dough for khachapuri and the filling, spread the cheese, and bring it to readiness. After that, everyone learns to sculpt khinkali to the chef's stories about the intricacies of cooking this dish, historical tasty details about Tbilisi, and funny stories.

Located within a nice restaurant - perfect mix of class and also showcase. Great activity to learn and enjoy more of the food.

A great experience learning how to cook traditional Georgian food. The staff were very helpful, and it was lovely to meet other people whilst visiting Tbilisi on a solo trip. The food was delicious too, and there was lots of it! Thanks all for a good evening

Not as described - the listing said max 6 people, but there were 9 or 10 of us (everyone was very nice). It takes place at a table in a restaurant rather than a kitchen, so that limits how much cooking participants can do. Wine was generously offered, and the instructor was okay. It was a fine enough experience, but I wouldn't go out of my way to do it again.

The presenter was very well organised and had prepared the basics for us to delve into the cooking class straight away. I liked that we all had the opportunity for a hands-on experience. Finding the venue was tricky!
