In this class, you will learn how to easily cook the most delicious khinkali in the world, ruddy and fragrant Imeretian khachapuri. Cooking them is quite simple and you only need to know a few secrets! The master class takes place inside the restaurant hall, not in the kitchen. We treat the participants with Georgian wine, a vegetable salad made from unforgettable Georgian tomatoes, and a plate of farm cheeses. The cook tells how to make dough for khinkali, and the guests learn how to prepare the filling for khachapuri. Participants independently prepare the dough for khachapuri and the filling, spread the cheese, and bring it to readiness. After that, everyone learns to sculpt khinkali to the chef's stories about the intricacies of cooking this dish, historical tasty details about Tbilisi, and funny stories. *the event is not held in the kitchen

5.00I had a fantastic time at this class yesterday. It is hosted at a stunning restaurant St Bunny (upstairs from Zara & Massimo near Rustaveli metro). Class includes a glass of wine, cheese platter, salad and of course the khinkali and khachapuri you make. You can make meat, vegetarian or vegan khinkali and the group decides which of 3 types of Khachapuri to make (we chose Adjaruli!) A wonderful experience and excellent value for money. We had a great teacher David who lots of fun and spoke excellent English.

5.00My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of joining this khinkali and khachapuri cooking class at St. Bunny led by the young and wonderful instructor David. There were only 4 of us participating in this workshop, so it felt like a cosy and more intimate atmosphere. David was both very friendly and knowledgeable. Since we were the last cooking class for the day, he even let our visit be longer than the originally intended 2 hour length. Highly recommend!

5.00I was so impressed with this experience - lots of great knowledge learned from a wonderful host David. He knows so much, is so passionate and is such a friendly and fun host, 100% 10/10 for that man! Good value for the quality of food, lesson, and time given. Nice atmosphere in the trendy hotel restaurant. We were just 2 people and we felt at home. Great for couples, groups and individuals.

5.00We had a wonderful evening with David our host chef, it provided us the knowledge to prepare a sumptuous traditional Georgian fare. We accompanied this with a few bottles of wine which complimented the food. Well worth the experience.
