Seattle
Mount Rainier stands as an icon in the Washington landscape. Mount Rainier, also known as Tacoma, is the highest mountain of the Cascade Range of the Pacific Northwest, and the highest mountain in the state of Washington. Mount Rainier is an active volcano and has the most glaciated peak in the United States. It spawns five major rivers, and the top of the mountain is covered with snow all year round. When snow melts, water flows down in a large volume, and gives Rainier National Park the best waterfalls, vast lakes, and lush green forests. Summer (May to Oct) itinerary: Seattle → Mt. Rainier National Park → Longmire Museum (20 mins) → Christine Falls (10 mins) → Narada Falls (40 mins) → Paradise Visitor Center (120 mins) → Reflection Lake (10 mins) → Seattle Winter (Nov to April) itinerary: Seattle → Mt. Rainier National Park → Longmire Museum (60 mins) → Wonderland Trail (60 mins) → Seattle
Mount Rainier National Park
Mount Rainier is circled by the Wonderland Trail and is covered by several glaciers and snowfields totaling some 35 square miles. Carbon Glacier is the largest glacier by volume in the contiguous United States, while Emmons Glacier is the largest glacier in the area. About 1.8 million people visit Mount Rainier National Park each year. In addition, Mount Rainier is a popular peak for mountaineering with some 10,000 attempts per year with approximately 50% making it to the summit. Also, Mt. Rainier in WA is the tallest volcano of Mainland America, the 5th tallest mountain in the entire US territory. The mountain top is covered by snow all year round. When the snow melts, water flows down in large volume, creating beautiful waterfalls and vast lakes while also irrigating the forest land.

Our trip to the Bavarian village of Leavenworth was absolutely fantastic! It felt like stepping straight into Europe! We had such a great time, and it was largely thanks to our amazing guide. Not only was the drive safe and smooth (our guide Jennifer is an excellent driver!), but she also offered so many insider tips on local spots, authentic German food, and hidden gems, which really enhanced our visit. She was so friendly and genuinely focused on our enjoyment and comfort. Even with the unpredictable weather, Jennifer was highly attentive to our safety, managing everything seamlessly so we could just relax and enjoy the charm of this unique town. Highly, highly recommended!

We had the best time on our Mount Rainier tour with Ryan! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. He showed us beautiful areas of the mountain — including some spots I’d never even heard of — and made the whole day feel fun, relaxed, and memorable. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and he puts a lot of care into making sure everyone is having a great time. If you’re considering a tour, ask for Ryan - you won’t regret it! Highly recommend.

We made a reservation a day before and made a surprise visit. It was winter and the kids were getting carsick and tired, but the guide, Ryan Si, was so kind and relaxed and made us a great time until the end. Thank you Ryan. Visiting in spring is great, but I recommend the wintery vibe, too. It's cold and your socks will get wet, so make sure to take care of them.

I was a little worried about visiting the Rainier mountain alone, but thanks to the pleasant and attentive guide Ryan Si, it was a fun and safe trip from start to finish. For the sight, spikes and climbing sticks were well prepared, and lunch, drinks, sandwiches, fruits, snacks, and Granola bar were plenty and delicious. The souvenir shop and the bathroom were also properly guided and were very comfortable throughout the trip, and the photos were really good! If you come back in the summer, I would definitely like to participate in this tour again.
