James and Marcel were great tour guides. They picked my wife and I up from The Landings and gave us a totally customized tour. We made several stops along the way for pictures. We toured the Botanical Gardens and Diamond Waterfall (note: we had an optional guide not affiliated with the Gardens. She was very informative and works for tips. I recommend it!)). Afterwards, I asked if we could stop somewhere for lunch. James called Ladera and arranged a reservation for two at Dasheene where we had a front seat view of the Pitons! That was a very pleasant surprise. I will note that the roads between Gros Islet and Soufriere are hit and miss., and very winding as well. There is a fair amount of road construction going on and it took a couple of hours each way, so be prepared for that. At any rate, Marcel was a very safe driver and got us there and back without incident. They also waited patiently for us in the parking lot while we did the Garden tour and lunch. Overall, this was a great experience that enabled us to see the island and the various coastal villages and towns. Thanks James and Marcel!

No experience. Coach did not turn up. This a complete farce from beginning to end. Would not recommend this company.

We took this excursion through our NCL Viva cruise in January 2025. Our tour guide Alicia was fabulous. Lots of information about the island and local culture and history. Very friendly and engaging. We made several short stops along the way for photos/souvenirs. Got lots of great photos. WORD OF CAUTION: If you tend to get car sick at all, avoid this tour. Our driver was great, but it is a lot of driving on windy roads and a large part of the tour is on the bus. Also, lunch is not built into the schedule (you can get snacks/drinks at the quick stops, but we were on the tour approx. 6 hrs so it may not be enough). Make sure to bring snacks and/or purchase something at one of the stops on the tour. The botanical gardens were beautiful and we got about 20 minutes in the mineral baths, but most of the tour is driving on the bus.

This tour was cancelled by the local guide the morning of. He had a heart attack and the guy who was filling in for him refused to take us as there were only 2 of us.

Joseph:Michigan, the tour guide, made my experience the best I’ve ever had! He’s super kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about the island. He went above and beyond to ensure that I enjoyed the breathtaking waterfall and the botanical gardens as well as the island itself to the fullest. It truly was the best tour EVER.

No one answered my messages or calls and no one showed up at resort to pick us up even after setting pickup location online
We had a great excursion to the town of Soufriere, visit Botanical Gardens and the falls. Guide James was knowledgable.

We had a great day out with tour guide James. He took us to hidden James on the way back. Could take lot of pictures. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

This was an interesting tour. We had great guide, Alexander the Great. He was an encyclopedia of information. If he available take ia tour. He will expect a tip.
